  1. DAMN! And I thought $90 for a Rota-Pod was expensive.  :stunned:
  2. I know I shouldn't be, but I'm baffled that the legality of this is even up for debate. We are in serious trouble.
  3. I've been watching it live. True dedication.
  4. Just a basic black rifle that I finally finished.
  5. Same thing with the Springfield store.
  6. I am now all good. I have plenty of ammo for everything I have to shoot. But that doesn't mean I won't buy more if the price is right.
  7. And they (at least the Rivergate location) don't put all the ammo out for the fools who line up before the doors open. They keep some to put out later in the day.
  8. Don't do us too many favors. 2.4 inches is hardly a knife. My bare hands are more deadly than such a blade.
  9. I haven't looked in a week or so, but I've sewn people on Gunbroker selling lowers in lots of 5 and 10.
  10. Even those outside the world of firearms are aware of the craziness surrounding ammo. They know there's money to be made, so it wouldn't be surprising if just about anyone who knows a Wal-Mart employee is asking them to get ammo for them, hold it for them, or just give them a heads-up when it comes in.
  11. That's all.
  12. She was supposed to be some. I was getting at the same type of solution Strickj had mentioned; wearing something on your thigh.
  13. Are the mag pouches for everyday use or shooting sports? If sports, can you wear she type of set-up on your left thigh?
  14. Ah, your Grandkids won't care about some old, junky rifle, so you should sell it to me.
  15. Let's not overlook $400-$500 used AR lowers.
  16. I'm fairly certain he purchased it from a gun shop in Gallatin. I want to say it was $250-ish, but don't quote me on that. That was after taxes, BG check and ammo.
  17. A salesman at worked picked one up a few weeks ago. For the price, I was tempted to go buy one or two. The only negative I notices was how tight the pump action was. Other than that, it looked like a steal.
  18. I had the same problem. It wouldn't work with Firefox, but worked it IE. Or maybe it was the other way around. But switching browsers for the transaction worked.
  19. Found this on another forum.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=qfBf20LIGus
  20. Between Wal-Mart and Guns & Leather, I've picked up 1800-1900 rounds of .22LR over the last 2 weeks. The highest I paid was $8 per 100 rounds of CCI at Guns & Leather. The rest was at Wal-Mart prices.
  21. I ultimately decided on the Harris, because I just had to have the Rota-Pod, and I wasn't sure if it would work with any other bipod. Plus, I've heard lots of good things about their hassle-free lifetime warranty.
  22. That's a bargain when compared to the $155 per 550, like someone has posted on here.
  23. Thanks. Mine is a swivel model, and does have another sling stud. I'm waiting on the Rota-Pod, because I like the idea of having the ability to move the rifle left and right while using the bipod.
  24. No, you just never know when they are going to build and ship them, or which color.
  25. Yep. I just found a couple photos online, and they have a sling attached there.
