  1. Is there a way to obtain a background check / arrest record and drivers licence report on someone in the state of Tennessee? I have their name, date of birth and social security number.    And if there is, will it matter that part of the time she was using her married name, and is currently using her maiden name? Or will everything show up for both names?
  2. He has live chickens in his back yard. I think it's safe to say he could use the assistance. In all seriousness, I'm sure we can help in some fashion, even if they don't need financial assistance. It appears that DaveS would have as good of an idea as anyone.
  3. Hush yo' mouf, you filthy reloader, you.
  4. .40/round is about right, considering Wal-Mart sells 100-round boxes of WWB for $40 and some change.
  5. I've been able to stock up pretty good. In the last month or so, I have accumulated the following:   4500 rounds of 22LR from various places/people. Most bricks were about $20, but I did pay $24 for one brick. I paid $8 for several 100-round boxes of CCI.    I bought 5 100-round boxes of WWB .45 for $40/box. I traded them for 500 rounds of 5.56 green tip.    I got a case of PMC .223 for $420   300 rounds of some Winchester 45 grain varmint for .25/round   I have slightly over-paid for a handful of PMAGs, but never over $20 a piece.   I've made some very fair trades for various other calibers, and none were more than I would have paid pre-craze. All was purchased locally.    As has been mentioned before, as long as people are willing to pay, people will continue to ask ridiculous prices. I see some folks listing stuff around here for sale at absurd prices, and I I can't believe when I later see that someone actually paid those prices. I was one of the stupid one's who was not prepared for this latest craze, but I'm not that stupid. I'm not as stocked as some, but I have more than plenty for me, and I am always finding more very fair deals.
  6. A walker is better than a wheel chair. Hopefully that's a good sign. Thanks for the update.
  7. Well, the governor signed the bill this morning.
  8. Our thoughts are with Don and his family. If there's anything his TGO family can do, please don't hesitate to ask.
  9. Here is a good link with most of the information you'll need to know. If something isn't covered, please feel free to ask.   http://www.tn.gov/safety/handgun/handgunfaqs.shtml
  10. I'm pretty certain TN does not require any references when applying for an HCP.
  11. Looks like the two states haven't officially entered into a reciprocity agreement, but do recognize the other's carry permits. Sorry for the confusion.
  12. Wait, I may be wrong.    The following link says yes.   http://www.usacarry.com/montana_concealed_carry_permit_information.html
  13. I'm going to have to look a little more. I don't want you to have to wrong information.
  14. Other than the aftermath, nothing.
  15. Just posted on Magpul's Facebook page.
  16. Did you have a specific reason for buying it, or just because you could?
  17. Solved. Thank You Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  18. I thought about that after I posted my issue. Test Test Test Test Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  19. Well, it appears the issue isn't only with editing. It just did the same thing when posting the above.<br /><br />Test.<br /><br />Test<br /><br />Test.
  20. I love Tapatalk, but when I edit a post that originated via PC (maybe via mobile version too), there are no line breaks, and the HTML code for line breaks appears. <br /><br />Using Tapatalk, I tried to remove HTML code and separate the the paragraphs, but that didn't work. It did work when I removed HTML code through mobile version.<br /><br />Is there something that can be done about this issue, or is it just part of using Tapatalk?
  21. Damn! That sucks. If there is anything we can do, don't hesitate to ask.
  22. Play nice, boys. This is only the internet.
  23. This is where the train idea came from. I'm not familiar with the area.   http://www.wkrn.com/story/21663369/dollywood-fire
  24. Most are saying it started as a brush fire, but at least one station said it may have been started by "sparks" from a train in the area.
