  1. It's nice to see the prices continuing to drop.
  2. I was wondering the same thing. Beginning about a month or so ago, I somehow ended up in Guns & Leather at least once a week. The first time, they had 100 rounds of CCI .22LR for $8.00. A few days or a week later (grand reopening of Greenbrier), it was marked up higher, and the next week even higher. I haven't seen any since. I was wondering where along the line the price was increasing.
  3. Yeah, this is beginning to look like it get very interesting in no time flat.
  4. If their is an ad or commercial in the video, they are getting paid.
  5. Yes, really. Someone sold me 8 PMAGs that I didn't need for $100. I then traded those 8 PMAGs for 400 rounds of green tip. You will have a difficult time buying ammo at a good price, but I've made some pretty awesome trades in the last couple of months.
  6. No worries. There's no doubt that plenty of people will pay that ridiculous price.
  7. That's for only 600 rounds, not 1000. Not a good deal at all.
  8. No, but I will take a look right now.
  9. Yeah, there are definitely better knives out there, and I get the whole "mall ninja" thing. I'm far from a blade aficionado, but the Cold Steel Recon is the best fitting knife I've ever owned. I have big hands, so the size is perfect for me. The shape and handle material/texure are the best I've found for a daily work knife. It's the first knife I've owned that my fat, sweaty hands can hold onto without fear of it slipping out of my hand. With all that being said, I'm not brand loyal. If I could find another knife that performs equally as well, and isn't significantly more expensive, I'd be more than willing to give it a shot.
  10. Please share. I've carried Cold Steel knives at work for years, and always had good luck with them. The one time I did have an issue, they replaced the knife in 4 days. I If there's something shady, I'd rather not spend more money with them.

  12. Wow! Even if only a possibility, the talk about coming home is great news. That's a very good sign.

  14. If so, I'd be willing to pay for the ability to bend your ear for about 15 minutes.

  16. As someone who drives for a living, I understand his frustration. As someone who carries while driving for a living, I understand how important it is to control that frustration.
  17. I just paid .25/round for 400 rounds of Lake City 5.56 green tip, and that was almost too much.
  18. I saw someone on GOC selling a FN Five-Seven like the Secret Service uses for $3000, because it will be on the ban list.
  19. I've seen a few who must not have seen this the first time.
  20. There is a right way and a wrong way to handle issues like this. This is the WRONG way. There is a feedback option for praise or complaints. You can go to his profile to find the feedback option.
  21. Springtime in Tennessee isn't looking much like spring, here in Crossville. Snow up on the plateau.
