  1. If you ever need another driver Friday through Sunday, I'll be more than glad to help out. I have a HAZMAT endorsement and current DOT medical card.
  2. Ammo comes in at night on a Wal-Mart truck. Guns are delivered via FedEx sometime during the day.
  3. Just read on Fox News that we just sent F-22 Raptors to South Korea. That's a big FU to the North.
  4. I ran into some guys at the Springfield Wal-Mart that knew. One guy even had the phone number to the lady who is usually in charge of the sporting goods department.
  5. Nice. What time is dinner?
  6. Thanks for reminding to buy a couple of these. I picked up 4 or 5 of the one below. two went on the back windows of my truck, 1 on my tool box, another on a gun case. I think I have another one around here.
  7. I guess a 3x+ magnifier would be nice, but I'm quite consistent out to 300 yards (steel plate) with only the screw-in 2x magnifier that came with the StrikeFire.
  8. Not sure. I've seen it sold at local gun stores. As far as I know, because it's not an "explosive" until you mix the oxidizer and catalyst, you can own as much of the chemicals as you want. The limits are on the mixed material. I can't find specifics on Tennessee's law regarding explosives without a license/permit.
  9. I'm fairly certain legal limits are dictated on a state by state basis.
  10. Had a good time with 221 Fireball and ItchyTriggerFinger at GGC. There was one guy there when I showed up, and he was leaving as Fireball, Itchy and a couple other guys showed up. Other than that, we had the place to ourselves.   Thanks to 221 Fireball, I can now say that I've shot a Garand. Yep, for the first time. Now I want one even more. The only thing I brought was the new AR, so I didn't stick around too long after they went to the pistol area. The rain wasn't too bad, and it sure as heck beat sitting around the house. The closest family I have is 450-500 miles away, so I didn't have any Easter festivities to attend.
  11. You've got time. There's no appointment time. We have 3 so far.
  12. I plan on leaving Springfield somewhere around noon.
  13. I am a member. The benches are covered, so unless your targets can't get wet, the rain isn't usually a big deal. I plan on plinking the steel plates more than anything.
  14. I'm thinking about going up there for a bit.
  15. I wouldn't sweat it. It's frustrating to many of us. I will come back around, sooner or later. We're seeing it where ARs are concerned, and we'll see it where ammo is concerned. A large number of folks paid way too much for stuff, and based on recent conversations I've had with folks who've attempted to make trade offers for things I've had listed, some are quickly trying to pawn it off on others. I had one guy offer to trade some .223 reloads that he paid .70/round for at a local gun show, but he wasn't willing to let go of the .223 that he'd paid .40/round for. Needless to say, his search for a sucker didn't end with me.
  16. That rule was very short-lived. It would have required far too much time and energy for TGO's staff to price check everything that appeared to be priced above retail. Plus, as retarded as some prices are around here, it is a free-market system.
  17. Damn! That sucks. I'm also in the market for home security.
  18. I caught 2 Cajun style smoked oven roasted turkey breast sandwiches right in my mouth today. I love Boar's head.
  19. LOL! Nice.
  20. I'll help you out. Shoot me a PM with what you have.
  21. Wanna trade some .22 for .40?
  22. Yep. I've been in a few local gun shops, and they seem to have plenty of ARs, Aks, etc. close to normal prices, and they seem to be sitting on the shelves longer and longer.
  23. I've only been willing to sell it to those who are in need, so I'd feel a bit guilty gouging them.
