1. It's been well over a year now, and as of 2 weeks ago, he still has not received his HCP, nor is he allowed to own firearms.
2. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/44476-doomsday-prepper-has-his-guns-confiscated-by-the-state-of-tn/?hl=+david%20+sarti
3. "If it goes one inch further, I'm going to start killing people." Those were his exact words.   First of all, my issue isn't him at all. My issue is with the way in which the State of Tennessee appears to make such decisions based on whichever way the wind happens to be blowing.   I'm not saying he should not get his HCP back, but we've seen others lose their HCP for far less, and not get them back. David Sarti from Lebanon comes to mind. As far as I know, he is still HCP-less.
4. There's no doubt the .gov has long been reading/intercepting email, text messages, etc. without a warrant or your knowledge. They may not be able to use it against you right away, but what they read can assist in their "investigation". They will then use that information to find out more information, build a case against you, get a warrant (only for procedural purposes) for access to emails and texts they've already accessed, act surprised by what they've found, continue to build the case against you, etc.....
5. Why is he allowed to have his HCP reinstated, but Kwik isn't. I'm not a fan of Kwik, but he didn't break any laws, and I think Yeager openly threatening to kill people was more sever. If nothing else, this sets precedence. It's okay to threaten to kill people without losing your HCP.
6. And most of those were given an "A" rating by the NRA.
7. One of the funniest videos I've seen in a ling time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnydFmqHuVo
8. Hell yeah! I've seen both of them more than once, but never together. Congrats!
9. Awesome news. Congratulations!
10. To a certain degree, possibly. I am all for freedom of expression, but you have to use some common sense. Following the rules can sometimes suck, but tyats just the way it is. I have a friend that works for a parcel delivery company, and if he wants to keep his job, he must adhere to their extremely strict dress code. This also includes the type of facial hair he's allowed to have. He didn't like being forced to shave his ZZ Top lookin' beard for the job, but that was a call he had to make. I can't tell you how often my daughter comes to me with a request to do something crazy to her hair, or get a piercing other than her ears. I use my better judgement, tell her no, and explain why. It sucks, but in a few short years, she can make those decisions for herself. Until then, that's my job.
11. Murfreesboro doesn't have a good shop, in my humble opinion. The Outpost Armory is most likely to have whatever you're looking for, but you're going to pay for it.
12. And how easily they give them up.
13. Most children I've seen with a mowhawk are spawn of white trash. The same white trash that believe the rules apply to everyone but themselves.
14. Didn't someone just post some for sale? I don't know anything about reloading, but I think they were 15 gr 9mm.
15. Trader!

17. Hell yeah!
18. I live just down to road from G&L, so I stop in at least 2 or 3 times a week on my way home from work. Good peeps.
19. I weight more than both of you combined, and I've never had that issue with the Southerland beds that we get through her employer. They've always been the higher-end beds. With that being said, the warranty should cover that. Southerland does.   There is a certain amount of "dip" that they consider "normal". You'll need to take somethng flat (like a yard stick) and place it over the dip like a bridge. Then you'll have to use a ruler or measuring tape and measure the distance from the deepest part of the dip to the bottom of the yard stick. Take a couple photos of the measurement. This is the process they use at Southerland for warranty issues, so I'm sure other companies will do something very similar. I would contact the manufacturer before I buy a new bed.
20. They do make some very nice beds. They don't advertise, so they aren't as well known as brands. They make everything from the cheap ones that I wouldn't force my dog to sleep on, to their top of the line gel beds. I have gotten many for friends and family over the years, and no complaints so far. As a matter of fact, they had some kind of year end inventory reduction a few years ago, and a few TGOers took advantage of it. If I get rid of her now, I'll be forced to sleep on crappy beds again.
