  1. I'm sorry, but I am trying very hard to find logic in some of the arguments where Zimmerman is guilty of any sort of crime, much less murder. It would be nice if some of you would please tell me the exact moment any crime was committed by Zimmerman.    Was it when he thought Martin appeared suspicious?   Was it when he exited his vehicle?   Was it when he began to follow Martin on foot?   Was it when he actually shot Martin?    As far as I can tell, Zimmerman didn't break any laws, with the exception of , possibly, at the moment when he pulled the trigger. Unless you have more information about the case than those of us in the general public, it's beyond me how anyone could possibly have him pegged as a murderer.    If he didn't break any laws up to the point of the face to face confrontation, his guilt must revolve around this very short time frame. According to Zimmerman -  the only real witness as to what happen in those very moments - Martin attacked him, and Zimmerman acted in self defense. There are police photos that prove Zimmerman was physically assaulted, so as far as I am concerned, that only helps prove a case of self defense.    While I wasn't there to witness what exactly happened, neither were any of you. With that being said, none of us can come to our own premature conclusion with anything other than what's been reported by the media. Unless I missed something (if I have, please point it out) there is zero firm evidence that Zimmerman attacked Martin first.    You can argue that you would not have pursued Martin, had you been in Zimmerman's shoes. You can argue that you would have done any number of things differently, but that hardly makes Zimmerman guilty of murder.    As I said before, there's undoubtedly going to be evidence revealed in court that has yet to be reported through the media. Until then, I'll be trying to understand how anyone already has him guilty as charged.
  2. The chase was over at 2:45 into the phone call. Zimmerman talks in a normal voice for another 90 seconds. He obviously wasn't chasing Martin during those 90 seconds. He's talking in complete sentences. Yet the confrontation occurs very close to where the chase stopped. So... how does this confrontation occur unless Martin comes back? Some folks aren't looking at the whole picture. They stopped thinking logically as soon as Zimmerman exited his vehicle.
  3. I'm anxious to hear the facts that haven't been plastered all over the news. There's no way all of the important facts have been publicized.
  4. I know someone who operates an internet store, and he pays $89 each for them. And one of the companies I have "liked" on Facebook is selling them for $99 each if you buy 50 or more. Based on the specs I've seen, they were of average quality.
  5. Looks like an awesome time. Congrats.
  6. I'm curious about those personal reasons. Care to elaborate?
  7. A high school friend of mine died during our lunch break while huffing Scotchgard. I never got into that kind of stuff, but about the same time period, my sister would huff Glade air freshener. I don't know about now, but that stuff was pretty popular back then.
  8. $127 http://www.ar15news.com/2013/06/11/anderson-rifles-awesome-resource-ar15-parts/
  9. No worries, DaveS will let them move in with him. :p
  10. Saying the M&P is a copy of the Glock shows very little technical understanding of the M&P's design. The Sigma, yes. The M&P, no. And say what you want, but none of my M&Ps have ever failed me either and none of them throw brass in my face. :) Same here! Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2 Same here.
  11. Like many who win the lottery, they will probably be broke before long.
  12. My bird-watching neighbor has several bird feeders placed within about less that 50' from my house. That has not kept the pecker away.
  13. We have one (I think it's only one) that pecks our house every morning, and sometimes in the late afternoon. Either way, he only pecks a few times, then he's gone. I've caught him in the act one time, and the dummy was pecking the metal gutter. I haven't been able to find any damage, so I don't sweat it.
  14. Meh, everyone is a beginner at one point or another. That's true, but if you're going to be posting videos on YouTube while wearing that get-up, you should probably make it appear like you know what you're doing.
  15. Obviously, the mall ninja Halloween costume didn't come with directions on how to shoot an 870.
  16. As a responsible gun owner, I'm sick of reading stories like this. Whoever left the gun sitting around should be shot in the face.
  17. The seat looks painful.
  18. This will sell like hotcakes to the yuppies in east Nashville. Oh, those liberals don't own guns.
  19. This is what I'm talking about.
  20. I've seen a couple of them around Bowling Green. In my humble opinion, the rear "bumper" area looks horrible. On both I've seen, the bottom half of the rear of the car was dark grey or black. I think it would look so much better if it were painted the same color as the car. it's enough to ruin the whole car for me.
  21. Thank you, I'll check him out.
  22. That's our goal. Due to my place of employment, I can get a good deal on flooring, so we are going to start doing hardwood in phases.
  23. When he was dead, he was dead.
