  1. The prosecution can't help but use emotion as a tactic.
  2. I'm not aware of that being the case. I was simply pointing out that the refusal to lower the window seemed to trigger an angry attitude from the officer.
  3. I'd be shocked if the judge doesn't allow the jury to decide. I'm sure she doesn't want riots front porch.
  4. He didn't roll the window down to the lever requested by the officer.
  5. There's no doubt the K-9 "alert" was completely bogus. The handler told the dog to jump on the window. It wasn't as if the dog actually alerted to anything. His paws hit the window and slid down, just as would have happened if any other untrained dog jumped at the window.
  6. This wasn't any trouble or inconvenience for this guy. He set out to have this type of encounter with LEO. He's as happy as a pig in slop.
  7. The prosecution must be steaming. They didn't want the fact that the doctors story has changed to be presented to the jury, and the judge agreed. But the lying doctor brought it up without being asked, That left the door open for questions from the defense.
  8. It was a Richardson hearing, not testimony for the jury.
  9. He's quite ballsy, that's for sure. That's his court room, just ask him.
  10. Their Facebook page is getting hammered by pissed off citizens.    https://www.facebook.com/RCSOTN
  11. Yes. He first claimed that his only recollection was his report. Thankfully the defense had a keen eye.    This guy is full of BS, and is doing a very good job of making it look like the prosecution is paying for his testimony. Surely the jury can read right through it.
  12. Yeah, it's amazing how the doctor had no issues answering every question from the prosecution, but as soon as the defense begins asking questions, he can no longer remember anything. I'm anxious to see how this turns out. He's full of sh*t, and doesn't want to get caught in a lie.
  13. The doctor thinks he's the judge, telling the court what is important to the justice system. What a joke.
  14. At least we know he loves young Cox.
  15. Yes, the fine doctor is obviously working directly for the prosecution. He was asked how tall Trayvon was, and instead of answering the question, he has been going on for 10 minutes.
  16. I agree. The court is acting as if the only part Trayvon could have possibly played in his death is they act of dying.
  17. I still believe the defense should have been allowed to bring up Trayvon's history.
