There's plenty of scum out there like that.   There's plenty of people who still believe these criminals have value and can be redeemed. Hemp, an oak tree and public square.   As a civilized society, we sure are evolving to a nation of pacifists.

Things are most likely going to change criminally and civilly, and not for the better for the clerk.   Right off the bat the clerk gave up way to much information and detail to be used against him in court before consulting a criminal defense attorney. He did a public service and hope that's the end of it.

Your time wasted dealing with the situation, fear of being the victim (again), filing insurance claims if you even have insurance on the item(s) stolen, what are they going to take and / or do next to you or your neighbors? Personally, I've never heard of criminals deescalating their crimes. Even if they do eventually get caught, does the revolving court system administer fair compensation to the victims and fair justice? Their crimes and records sealed under eighteen years of age, criminal records generally not admissible for a trial, plea bargaining to lesser offense, probation, complex court error resulting in case over turned, clogged judicial systems, juvenile detention and house arrest and not big boy punishment for big boy crimes?   How do criminals such as these have "value" to you individually or as a community?

It's more natural, faster and accurate using any tool designed for the elite that reasons in their right mind :up:  Take my left-handed hammer and screw driver for example...   Follow up shots are much smoother and faster, the bells, whistles and trinkets are where they are suppose to be. Wow! I thought I had an excess of cucumbers! They are coming out my ears and they're just starting? I made 14 pints of bread & butter pickles just an hour ago and didn't use 1/16 of the cucumbers I picked today. Going to do 14 pints of dill pickles tomorrow. A lot of work making pickles isn't it?

When I retired, Alaska was my 1st choice to relocate too.   The wife suggested I make an appointment with a mental health specialist, after 30 years of marriage threatened to divorce me if I did. I don't know if it was so much the cold as lack of heat that offended her?   I am going to visit there before the big dirt nap, beautiful place.

The Holiday Inn... Generally, how long can you expect eggs from a chicken before they slack off / stop? This is my first experience with chickens and they're 2-1/2 years old now and not laying like they use to. Production Red eggs are very tasty to us and the neighbors.

Have a question?   Where do y'all get your chicks / chickens to start your brood, mail order or locally?   Around here chicks are only available in early spring at a couple of places like Rural King. The majority are "straight run" and some sexed Production Reds and that's about it. Would like to get some other breeds but I'm hesitant about going on-line and ordering them (transport).   P.S. Speaking of the egg, on occasion I'll get an egg twice the size if AA large. Have to handle it with kid gloves because the shell is so thin it usually breaks just picking it up. I like the double yokes also but, out of maybe the last 1,500 eggs, only two were doubles.

People like this have no business operating a toaster, gas/electric range, microwave, hot water tap, an automobile, etc. If they are that stupid they are a danger to themselves and the general public.   I'm starting to seriously believe liberalism is a legitimate mental disorder. Got tired of the hot brass flying at me so I ordered one of these. Things must be easing up a bit as it only took seven months to get. Only shot 20 rounds through it with no problems. Really wanted a top of the line AR but as far as I know, Stag Arms is the only maker of "in your Right Mind" AR'S? Thing sure does get hot in a hurry on a 90 degree day. Got the Aimpoint red dot for a hundred bucks and it's dead on at 100 yards or less. Really like to option of using the MBUS sights through the red dot if needed. Now to work on some .223/556 ammo.

That was fun!   Would have done much better had I not had two FTE's and one light primer strike. These malfunctions follow me everywhere?

  Also heard coating them in mineral oil, then putting them back in the egg carton and storing them unrefrigerated in a cool dark area will keep 9-12 months. Haven't tried it though?

It's a life changing event, you'll never buy store bought eggs again. AND...   When a severe winter snow / ice storm with accumulation is on the way, you never need to rush out and get milk, eggs and bread. Just the milk and bread  :rofl:

This topic would have to raise it's head!   Personally I have mixed emotions on the subject and the jury is still out. Someone on here needs to be a sexist bigot, so here goes...   Half of me believes that if you want to be recognized as an equal and have the same privileges and respect, you earn your way and make the same sacrifices and contributions. No special treatment or special lower standards than that of a male because of estrogen, cycles, brains, cramps, mood swings and lack of muscle mass. Where would we be had WWI or WWII been fought by woman, or any conflict for that matter? If a woman wants to be the bull, she had better have the equipment to back it up.   In this day and age of women libbers and equality, why not draft them at eighteen and expose them to the same standards, danger and combat as a man? After all, they're reaping all the benefits and rewards men have provided for them the last 250 years of this nations existence.   Emotionally, would you feel any different with a woman badly injured / killed next to you in combat, compared to a fellow male soldier? Would she be capable emotionally and physically to drag your injured butt to safety if your a casualty? How about the "friendships" that will surely develop? And the extra logistics required for showering, sleeping, personal needs, etc. on the battle field? Why do woman want to become something they're not equipped for?   The other half of me hopes the minority of bull woman succeed in their struggle to become men and get their wish(s) to shut them up. That will not bode well for people like me that don't want they feminine daughters, sisters and wife into the voluntary fighting forces, military draft and foreign combat.

Simple...   My vehicle is just an extension of my home, my environment and my values.   Make yourself disrespectful with a morbid sense of humor, strike three.   I try to respect everyone's feelings and property and I expect the same. Always have - always will.
