  1. I refuse to take any more keyboard lashings from people who haven't entered a submission yet
  2. Just following rule #2, sirs... just following the rules
  3. Well, I was gonna hold off and carve a second one then decide which one I liked best, but I'm just going to go ahead and submit this one. First, unlit: Lit: And just for good measure, the entire group my wife and I did this afternoon: Now, nobody else needs to enter so I'm a shoe-in

  5. Well, my submission is carved, and photographed Will be uploaded shortly...
  6. Well, I've got 2 pumpkins to work with on this project tomorrow afternoon... and I've been tweaking my pattern options trying to decide on which ones will turn out best.
  7. So has anyone actually submitted one yet?
  8. Same in Cool Springs/Franklin per the mgr. @ the gun counter.
  9. Same here.

    Owl Hollow Closing?

For $1500 a year I could secure a lease to hunt AND shoot on someone's property...
  11. IMHO, it's "too much". I prefer the look of the retired rig, IMHO.
  12. Just a guess here, but he (somehow) got a copy of the old database, moved it, and they started it up again at the new location. That means everything Prior to the copy will be the same on both sites, everything after will be different.

    Owl Hollow Closing?

I'll join for Option B if it comes to that. Then again, I tried to get info by joining their message board last year and nobody seemed to want to help out. Oh well...

    Gun Transfer Fees

I've looked here before to check options: http://gunbroker.com/User/DealerNetwork.asp
  15. That one just recently got the Day of reckoning boot too... http://shirt.woot.com/friends.aspx?k=6502
  16. Crap... looks like it finally got the boot from the site on June 9, 2008 http://shirt.woot.com/Friends.aspx?k=3778 So no more Zombie Season shirts...
  17. Shirt.woot.com offers up a new shirt @ midnight every night - and this was one from last year. They also do "Second Chance" offers, but I can't find where this particular shirt can still be ordered, yet. I did find this one though if you like the Zombie stuff: http://shirt.woot.com/friends.aspx?k=6753 Still looking to see if it can be ordered Second Chance.
  18. Did you get one? It's one of my favorite shirts - wish I had gotten a dozen to "put back" for later. Proudly wearing mine @ Animal Kingdom this summer w/ the keeds:
  19. Oh, I'm in for this one!!!
  20. I open carry with a large rock strapped to my hip... that's about the same, right?
  21. Yep. We have a similar situation in Spring Hill, and enough residents voicing their concerns got the road in question to be *really* cracked down on. Enough tickets get written, and people start getting the message. Now the traffic is tame enough that people feel safe being out and about on foot again with pets, kids, etc. Good luck - you just gotta start letting the police know the law needs to be enforced (then up the food chain if that doesn't work).
  22. Just be thankful of one thing: Regardless of youth activism prior to the election, VERY few of them actually make it to the polls on election day. You know - a new World of Warcraft comes out that day, or they were hung over and slept in, or they just forgot...
  23. Why? It's just a knock-around web lappy, and it seems like the 40gb has served him well - so why spend all kinds of cash to replace it with some huge hard drive? On the contrary, I'd look for a screaming deal online for a NOS drive of similar size (40-80) and slap that in there and call it done.
