  1. I'm sure you know already, but that 56-2 is worth a lot of money..
  2. Checked APEX? Maybe they'll have one? It was either them or Atlantic that got some East Germans kits in about this time last year I believe.
  3. If I could get a rear trunnion that could attach a shovel handle, I would so do it on one of my beaters!!
  4. I always like to have something within reach. What good is a gun for SD if you can't even get to it quickly!
  5. Sportsmans guide had the 700 round spam cans for around $175
  6. You will find me at the gun show if they are there.
  7. A reduction in the number of socks and tactical beef jerky would be a great start.
  8. Sealed spam cans?
  9. Yeah, some goods deals there. For all you guys saying it was the end of the world for 7.62x39 ammo about 6 weeks ago...they have cases of Tulammo for $225 shipped.
  10. Wait, they still make .22lr ammo?
  11. I believe that this would qualify as "winning".
  12. Welcome from a fellow Athenian.
  13. Yeah, I think you're right about the R51. Apparently, it's a resounding POS (From the reviews that I have seen).
  14. You made the right decision. Ruger makes some great wheelguns.
  15. ^sounds like a "D" model.
  16. I wouldn't give over $500 for one, and that's if I really wanted one. They can be finicky with mags, and the SKS "D" has the better magazine release when compared to the SKS M.
  17. And wonder why there is a shortage?

    AK question

I've read some good reviews about them. Personally, I've had good luck with Century products, but I don't like the look of the rifle. No bayo lug, no provision for a cleaning rod, and all the tactical junk is a turn off to me. Have you seen the N-PAP or N-PAP underfolders? Better put together, by people in a factory that has been churning out AKs for decades. That's where I'd be putting my monies if I was you. Or you could buy mine I just listed!   http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/component/virtuemart/shipping-rifles/zastava-n-pap-underfolder-detail.html?Itemid=0
  19. This is the asshole who said recently that he is going to submit a PSL pistol to the ATF for approval. I wish they would throw him back in jail already!
  20. Very nice. Those were one of the best deals on AK74s ever. Can't beat that deal. Shoot, the barrel alone would sell for over $200 today
  21. I bought some of those a while back, but they do not have metal reinforcements on the locking lug or tab...
  22. Yeah, I completely trolled that POS good for nothing prick on Facebook, and I wouldn't believe it if AIM or Cope's hadn't confirmed it.
  23. There is no fully american manufactured 5.45. Although Hornady has a 5.45 vmax load, the primed cases come from Russia. Commercial 5.45 is available for around the some price as 7.62, if not just a few cents more/round. It just sucks that this happened (I think it's really over), because 7n6 is such a sweet round. The .16-.17/round price didn't hurt either. Just a bad day for gun owners.
  24. Ford guy here, and I don't like the 6.0! I'd say you'd be better off with the Dodge.
