  1. I don't plan on going to Dick's again, but many thanks to the OP who is looking out for other people's ammo needs!
  2. Great gun. Sold mine a week ago on here, regrettably.
  3. Tapco G2s are excellent triggers. IMO better than mil-spec AR trigger.
  4. You know it. Very nice marketing job there, Hersh!
  5. I have a Century WASR 10-63, a Century M70AB2, and had a Century Tantal. All 3 have been great guns. The Tantal didn't keyhole, the WASR is straight, and the Yugo is just awesome. I have also had a MAK-90, and my favorite AK hands down is my milled Arsenal SAM7R-61/SLR101. The WASR is just as accurate as the 1K+ Arsenal. Century makes some decent guns, just look it over first. See if the seller/vendor whatever will let you insert a mag into the magwell and see if it wobbles too much. Also, check for a misaligned gas block and crooked sights! My AKs in order of how I liked them: 1) Arsenal-hard to beat quality, smooth(yeah I know right? In an AK??), accurate. 2) Yugo M70-solid folding stock, thicker receiver, takes any mag without hassle. 3) MAK-90-Chinese make great AKs. Trust Turkeydad on this: he knows his Polys. 4) WASR-cheap, but reliable and accurate. Never had one problem. 5) Polish Tantal-Didn't shoot it much, but it grouped well and it didn't keyhole.   I love AKs.
  6. I'd be mad! But you got a sweet replacement. You could easily sell it on here.
  7. But how long will it be before those are out?! I want them now! I bet they will be just as good as Circle 10s.
  8. Uh, I bought 3 PMAGS from AIM Surplus right before Sandy Hook for $11.50 a piece with free shipping...
  9. I wish they metal reinforced.
  10. You really don't have to spend much extra time cleaning it. Just a couple shots of windex or some hot soapy water down the pipe and you're gtg!
  11. Yeah, it's corrosive like Garufa said. No big deal though!
  12. Yeah that's normal price. Free shipping, but you have to pay like $5.95 insurance or something I can't remember.
  13. True, true. I like that older stuff from the 40s and 50s. It has provided massive fireballs. It feels slightly hotter than the 70s and 80s stuff to me at least.
  14. No problem. They are my favorite vendor. Good luck my friend!
  15. Really not bad!   http://www.the-armory.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/product1793.html
  16. I have run it through my Ishapore 2A1 with terrific results. 2 MOA at 100 yards from the bench.    Note, that was my best 3 shot group. 5 shot group always widened with the 4th and 5th shot.
  17. Grafs has the surplus stuff $5 per 20 rounds. Not bad.
  18. Yes, I think they are just as good, if not better than most AK's for sale now. Just gotta get past the butthole stock LOL
  19. You can shoot 7.62 NATO out of a .308, no problems.
