  1. Nice, how much did you get it for if you don't mind me asking,
  2. Pretty much how i look at it. I would still take payment as a gift through paypal. Danny
  3. Thanks, i was leaning more towards the RO, but the rear sights i don't feel go with the flow of the gun. Maybe i'm just over thinking it lol. It felt nice, and the fit and finish was nice, no gaps, everything tight and smooth. Danny
  4. Hey guys, looking for some 1911 input. I've never owned one before, been wanting to get one for a while. Anyways I was fondling both these guns at the shop today and man the fit and finish on both look great. Has anyone shot either of these or own them. Which do you think is nicer, the better shooter or has more features. Just looking for some help deciding between the two Danny
  5. If Buyer wouldn't have any recourse if he bought the gun with cash and left the area. A person would use this option i'm guessing if he didn't have $700 cash and wanted to pay it on an attached credit card. Danny
  6. Sorry, i think i wrote it wrong and everyone is misunderstanding. I'll give a scenerio that i did probably 2 weeks ago. Listed my handgun on armslist. Guy was interested, met up and did a FTF. He checked out the gun, asked if i would take paypal. I then told him if he sent it right then as a gift (to avoid fees on my end, and also its not considered a payment) After it was done, i verified it on my phone, got the confirmation email and checked my balance. Everything good to go. I wasn't talking about winning an auction or somthing online or just sending money to someone hoping they send the firearm. Hope that clears stuff up I wouldn't hesistate taking payment like this again, it was fast and easy. Just wanted to know what you guys thought and if anyone else has done this before. Danny
  7. Im with you Ebow lol, its all online, not sure how they would find out. Danny
  8. I wonder how they would find out. The only inconvenience would be waiting 3 days to get a check sent out to you, or you can just spend it through paypal.
  9. Do you guys see any issues with this. I have in the past used paypal to pay for guns and take payment for guns from private parties. I don't see any issues with it, but some others i have talked to have been hesitant. What do you guys think, would you take payment for a handgun or longun with paypal. They even have apps to do it right there on the spot after checking out a gun. ** Edit ** Sorry, i think i wrote it wrong and everyone is misunderstanding. P226 or P30?

I also have a P30 9mm, i've owned quite a few guns, i have traded and sold all of the except my HK P30. I don't see myself ever getting rid of it to be honest. Most comfortable gun i've shot, very accurate and i've probably put over a thousand rounds through it, haven't had an issue yet. Only thing i could remember would be a round that didn't go off, but it was the cheap tullammo stuff, so that was the problem. I would like to get a P229 srt though. Been looking lol Danny
  12. minus condition and desire, i like that lol. Danny
  13. Man i want a P229 with the SRT trigger lol
  14. I've owned both and liked the way the M&P fit in my hand. Kinda wish i didn't get rid of it, but i think i'm looking for a 45c now lol. Danny
  15. Just wondering what a good price for glock 30, two 10 rd mags with night sights. Thanks

  17. Thanks guys, Gunrunner32, i'm going to take you up on that offer , i'll pm you and get your phone number, i got 9mm and 7.62x39 tulammo laying around, what do you want me to bring by. Also do you work at the midtungunsmithing? I see it in your sig? Danny
  18. Just wondering if anyone in the clarksville/Nashville area had a sandblaster i could use, i need to blast down a bolt carrier. I could come to your house or business to use it. Appreciate the help guys, i'll bring a little ammo for your time. Danny
  19. I'm polishing it with mothers mag polish, coming along nicely, just taking a while, time consuming. doesn't look bad, i'll post up some pics tomorrow of the progress. Anyone have a sand blaster?? Danny
  20. A cheap 3x9 scope that got a lot of good reviews, so far i'm happy with it. The adjustment dials feel a little cheap to me, but for a $70 scope, can't expect much lol. Danny
  21. Its was starting to come off in different areas from use i guess, i've seen them polished and liked the look, if i don't like it, i could just duracoat it all again Danny
  22. Started polishing the bolt and carrier, its coming along, but is going to be a pain in the butt lol. I'll post pics when I'm done Danny
  23. #### it, talk him into 20 round drums lol, that would be cool Danny
  24. Right on, I know we got them too. I'm looking forward to shooting one also. I'm in 2/502 Danny
