How did you find out about my exwife's cooking?

I'll drink to that, but then again, I'll drink to anything!

So I've found one that has brown sugar, orange juice and orange zest, pineapple juice, and dijon mustard. It will have a hint of sweetness, orange, and the mustard will add some tang. It is not a thick sauce and the ham is spiral sliced, so you "paint" it on between the slices and bake the ham. It will not be saucy but as I was looking for more of a light coating of glaze, it should work out well. gregintenn: I am going to finish the top of the ham with some hickory smoked BBQ sauce right before it comes from the oven.

I am baking a ham for Easter lunch for the family. I'm tired of the standard "too sweet" glaze recipes. Does anyone have a recipe for a glaze that is a bit more tangy than sweet?

I've always wondered if that is true . . . There is a very wet common area behind my house and about once a year snappers come out and into my yard. A very large snapping turtle - shell was 24" L and 12" W - somehow "rolled" down the hill and was on his back but stuck between two rocks (literally a rock and a hard place). His neck reach was LONG. It took a little time to get him turned over and headed home.

And I bet it was cheap wine . . .
