  1. In the preview for the next episode Rick seems to bait a zombie over to a fence with just his blood. Zombies are mushy-brained carnivores, not skilled and disciplined hunters. I believe Rick is starting to see them for what they are. I hope we start seeing more eccentric deaths, than just the ol' lead bullet. As messed up as the whole love triangle is, they can't get rid of Shane. That whole group perishes without him, and the show would become boring without his bi-polar presence.
  2. I've wrestled with the idea of open carry off and on since i received my permit. I just always come back to the fact that i don't want to draw attention to myself any more than necessary. Although, I suppose it would justify some new holster purchases.
  3. No worries, it will be easy to offload. Glocks are suited more for some, and not so much for others. Just personal preference I suppose. Sometimes new toys aren't always as fun to play with as you might initially think.
  4. There's a zombie apocalypse every year, it's called black friday! lol

    Gun shop woes

I often have a hard time finding a "clear" place to point a perspective purchase in some of the crowded shops. That being said i've never filled my sights with another human being. Scary as hell to think a LEO would do such a thing, absent minded or not.
  6. I dunno... the campus police here at ETSU would mess their pants if they ever found a "firearm component" in a students car. They would quickly assume that other students had the missing pieces, and might build a "weapon of mass destruction" if provoked. All hell would break loose.
  7. +1 Those guys are great. They even let me borrow a hammer, wd-40, and a crowbar to pry a seized wheel of my car when i had a flat in their parking lot last week! Now that's service!
  8. I don't know if i'm more impressed with his overall shooting skills, or the fact that he's a jedi! How did i miss that in all those videos of his i've watched?! lol
  9. I don't know if a mere candle will suffice in illuminating that beast. A bernz-o-matic handheld torch perhaps? lol
  10. I just wanted to knock on the TGO door to say hi... and possibly trick or treat . I like long walks on the beach, long walks on walkways, long walks on side walks... you know how it is . I'm more of a self defense/home defense gun owner. I'm just another everyday forum crawler, scouring the net for answers on just about everything. I love this sites setup, and the information available is phenomenal. Thanks everyone for all you contribute here. I've learned a lot, and surely will continue to do so. Until next time.... Charlie
