  1. Was about to post the same, +1 on Rainier. Their CS is top notch also - its my go to store. Those barrels go quick when in stock, they usually get batches in every 2 months or so. You can also try the ultra match as well, it's about $100 more but it's great quality.
  2. +1
  3. The 22/45 for the past three years has had removable grip panels. It accepts all .45 grips with a minor mod made to the slide release area. Also out of the two 22/45 models only the railed version includes a top rail. However, the threaded only model is already tapped for a rail (which is $20 from Ruger) and includes dovetailed fixed sites which the railed version doesn't. You could also then push the rear sight out and use one of several aftermarket mounts to direct attach a red dot.
  4. Don't forget they think it's really an achievement to just pack a ton of tannerite in something. It's entertainment that just comes up way short.
  5. Ok who is going to step up in congress and sponsor the law that requires you to contribute in order to vote. We need voting reform, I'm not talking the old gotta be white and own property but I've always thought it should be put something in to get something out. You want to vote... show where you paid taxes and earned the right to decide the direction our society goes. If you're dependent on the system you obviously are incapable of making good decisions for yourself so why should we let you decide our nations.
  6. Thats the way it goes in the comics.... should be interesting to see how it goes for the show. Can't wait till the fall!
  7. Yea close but a lot safer, it's kat.ph
  8. If you're familiar with torrents you can find them here:http://kat.ph/usearch/Walking dead/?categories[]=books Just make sure you download the volumes... I think 1-16. Then just download a viewer from cnet. If you need more on it just pm me and I'll go into more detail.
  9. Exactly what I planned, I just downloaded 1 - 100 of the comics so I can read them on the pc.
  10. Is that part with Andrea and the Jedi in the comic? Edit: Okay what is this story synch thing?
  11. Dang, after this episode goes off I'll be posting my M4 Benelli WTT for that 1100 Herschel was shooting with the 50 rd tube. Hope they have an RV plan - Lol
  12. Great episode, I was thinking it would happen this episode - just so they could tie up the season in the last one.
  13. WARNING!!!! Spoiler Below!!!!! "An ad on the network's website details the upcoming death of a one of the series stars in the zombie drama's three remaining sophomore season episodes. AMC may have inadvertently spoiled the upcoming three remaining episodes in Season 2 of The Walking Dead. An ad on the cable network's website offering a preorder of the sophomore year of the zombie drama's limited-edition Blu-ray set supports a widely speculated theory that Jon Bernthal's renegade character Shane won't survive the season. Behold the spoiler-filled line from the product description: " … bonus features such as: the making of the barn, an extended zombie gut scene, Shane's last episode …" Rumors have swirled that Shane wouldn't live to see Season 3 of the zombie drama based on the comics created by Robert Kirkman since reports surfaced in January that Bernthal was circling former Walking Dead showrunner Frank Darabont's TNT pilot, L.A. Noir. Kirkman downplayed the Bernthal rumors in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in early February, noting that it wasn't uncommon for actors to appear on the AMC series as well as other projects because of the show's summer shooting schedule. "I wouldn't let any casting rumors make you think that it's spoiled any show, especially this one," he told THR. "In the case of Jon Bernthal, who's to say he survives that first pilot? Maybe he dies in the first episode." Shane's death would not come as a big surprise to readers of Kirman's Image/Skybound comic series, as the character died early in the series. In L.A. Noir, which TNT picked up to pilot in January, Bernthal would play Joe Teague, the LAPD cop at the heart of the series that revolves around the police force's pursuit of mobster Mickey Cohen. "The post on the AMC store was completely unauthorized. The matter is currently under investigation," an AMC spokesperson said in a statement without elaborating. Meanwhile, the Blu-ray set has been removed from the AMC store and the link now leads to a dead page.
  14. Anybody else see the snafu for the DVD release for the current season?
  15. Welcome to TN and congrats on your repatriation to "America".
  16. They, them, we as a society are so moral and ethically convoluted with BS politics - its pathetic. I'm so tired of the race card when it's convenient. I as of this moment would vote for a social reset.
  17. No, I have a few NFA items actually. Posted the action because of the mailing location experience. That was the first time I had heard that they must send everything to Atl to initiate processing. Within notice of delivery confirmation all my other checks both Form 1 & 4 were posted in my acct within 5 days. BLUF- If this is now the case we should all be sending everything to Atl and not be wasting more time. Ohh but that would make sense and it is a Federal process after all.
  18. I dropped in a Ghost 4.5 Ranger connector in a couple of Gen 4 19s last month. I must say it definitely changed the trigger to a more smooth and crisp if you can say crisp on a Glock trigger. It took a lot of the sponge feel out. No fitting at all on either of them.
  19. So today I called to check on my Form 1, I sent it on the 20th of Jan and it was delivered USPS priority on the 30th (wow). So watching the acct waiting for the check to clear and after 10 days I decided to call today and see if there was a problem. Well she checked the sn and no results, then the lady asked me if I mailed it to the address on the form, me: yes to WV just like the form said. Then she told me that I should have sent it to Atlanta because they must forward any paperwork they receive to Atlanta where the bank is; to be financially processed before they can proceed with the application. She told me to call back in March to check the status.....
  20. I grew up just south of Lville, its very similar to TN - once outside of the city. It's also not a HCP but rather a Concealed deadly weapons permit in KY. Read ASP, switchblade, etc it's not just firearms as the law is implemented.
  21. Here are the pics side by side with a G19, G26, PM9 and the HK00SK but I'll tell you for that price its a steal. [/url]
  22. The P2000sk is a great piece, I have a V3. It is only a sub-compact not super. I personally prefer to have da/sa instead of dao, I got mine new and I think OTD was $870. There was a shop with a .40 on consignment for $700 about a month ago. Also, I have a G26, G19, Kahr PM9 and LCP - the hk is between the size of the 26 & 19. Slightly thicker than the glocks because of the ambi slide stop. I can snap a few pics of the comparison side by side if you want. If you can pick it up for a good price I wouldn't hesitate, mine has had 0 hiccups.
  23. It comes down to how we are all wired differently and your response to the given situation. Experience, situations and environments play a large role any time you release rounds and we own them wherever they come to rest. A "Smart idea" though would be to end the invasion as rapidly as possible within the limits of the law while you still have the advantage and ability to do so. You can wait if you want but I would venture to say they aren't using a tool like that to just come in and relieve you innocently of your belongings. Myself, I perceive that to be a threat to the life of myself and my family. Precedences have been set in varying degrees depending on the venue, Google "home invader shot through door". Interesting site about all the casualties of No Knocks and the like gone wrong, John Adams of Lebanon, TN is the first entry. http://www.drugwarrant.com/articles/drug-war-victim/
  24. Amazed at how fortunate this woman and her child were, hopefully she is compensated for any "Damages" she or her child received. I like others would probably have put things in motion that would have affected a different out come. Chainsaw??? Castle doctrine?? Rounds are definitely going through the door before they make entry, how recognition would occur and deescalation if possible after that - questionable at the most.
