  1. I definitely have some birds I haven't seen before, probably the ones from Illinois on their way south. I don't expect to have them much longer.
  2. I still have about 8 birds feeding all day long. I had to make up a new batch last night. They drain my 3 feeders about every 2 days. I only fill them half full to avoid clouding from being out too long.
  3. After only 1 - 3 birds all year, mostly just 1, now I have about 15 draining my 3 feeders every day.

    Close Call

Wow! glad she is ok. What a close call.
  5. I have only had 2 regular visitors with an occasional 3rd and 4th. The new subdivision next to me (used to be a bean field) must have residents putting out feeders and slowing my traffic.
  6. I would have to say closer to 1975. That Nova is a '73 model or '74.

    Weapon Light

I have a light on my home defense pistol but not on any carry gun. I do have night sights on all my carry guns. FN 509 tactical with Streamlight TLR 1, Vortex Venom red dot, raised night sights and 24 round magazine for home defense.
  8. Thought I would try my hand at Artificial intelligence. This is what I came up with.
  9. This has to have been done with an Artificial Intelligence program. Look at the fingers of the 2 ladies on the left and the lady on the right has 3 hands. LOL
  10. I have had 2 at times but usually only 1 so far. It was June last year before I saw more than that I think.
  11. My niece posted this on Facebook for my sister. I about fell out of my chair.
  12. I had a $3,000 digital camera delivered to my doorstep a few years ago. It was charged to my wife's card but apparently it had to be delivered to the address affiliated with the card itself. We called the card company and returned the camera to where it came from. No problems. They also sent us a new card after cancelling the old one.
  13. A girlfriend I dated long ago always said I was "tough as whitleather". Never heard that expression before then. I misheard it as Tuffus Whitleather. So she started calling me Tuffus.
  14. They are coming to the Joe B. Jackson exit off I 24. https://www.wgnsradio.com/article/78681/buc-ees-in-murfreesboro-opening-in-the-third-quarter-of-2024
  15. They are about to build one here at the 'boro during the next year about 6 miles from me. I guess I will find out then about all the hoopla.
  16. I grew up there. Nice people and close to Kentucky Lake. You could see the lake from the house I lived in and I could walk down to fish and swim.
