If there is no damage to the rotator cuff the rehab might no be too bad. The bone spurs can cause damage to the rotator cuff though so it's a good thing to get that taken care of.

Looking some old photos last night I came across this one I took at Rock Island a few years back. Reminded me that I need to get a new roll of duct tape.

I had my left knee replaced 11 years ago and am glad I did it even though there was lots of pain in the first few weeks. It was replaced in October and the following April I did a 100 mile bicycle ride. I now ride on average 6,000 miles per year with no pain. You will be fine, just do the rehab religiously. Lots of stretching at home sitting around watching tv.

Glad to have you

This year I purchased an 856 Defender and a 692 .357/9mm. I installed a spring kit in the 856 which works well except for a couple of light strikes on range ammo with hard primers. No problem with quality defensive ammo. I won't be changing springs in the 856 because the trigger is not as heavy as the 856 was. I like the option of shooting 9mm or .38 special/.357 magnum. The cylinders change out almost as fast as changing mags in a semi auto pistol. The 856 is my new truck gun which I can pocket carry when getting out of the truck and the 692 is for hiking in an owb holster. I like them both so far.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I eat at that Jason's Deli pretty often, glad I missed it. I almost always have my carry gun with me but glad I wasn't there to use it since it worked out well for all innocent involved.

Welcome back, glad you're feeling better.

I had one yesterday, first one I've seen in about a week. That doesn't mean no others have hit the feeders though. I have cleaned and stored all but one feeder and will leave it out for travelers for a bit longer.
