Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I had a stone the size of the end joint on my pinky, they had to go in and get it. Not fun. Be sure and get the stone analyzed when it's out. Most by far are calcium oxalate. (I know that because I had to analyze many of them during my 41 years as a lab tech) Mine however was uric acid. I have taken Allopurinol for the last 27 years to reduce my uric acid level and haven't had another stone since. Knock on wood. Yours is most likely calcium but it pays to be sure.

Worked in a factory building Craftsman power tools / quality control inspector while in college. Then 41 years as a hospital lab tech. Retired twice. Looks like the second retirement is gonna take!

Several years ago we ordered food to be delivered at work. We gave separate orders over the phone so we would know the price each employee had to pay.The delivery boy brought in the food with the total price. I asked him to give me a price for each person but he said he couldn't because he didn't have a calculator with him. I picked up a pencil and started dividing up into each person's cost. With quite a surprised look on his face he said "you can do that with a pencil"?

I have the 9mm M-Lok version with a Romeo 5 red dot. Great sight, I can use the red dot or iron sight easily. It shoots really well with the Magpul Glock compatible mags. Very glad I bought this carbine.

New Law Restricts Purchasing a Firearm if you have a DUI
Tuffus replied to Fasazu's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
They backed off of that rather quickly. https://tennesseefirearms.com/2021/07/tbi-immediately-retracts-its-policy-to-use-dui-standards-to-deny-firearms-purchases/?fbclid=IwAR34eLmBTsgX7B693aFozLk8VYgyMkb1QIUtg-aw6bQprR0ibY5hzj6GLk8 -
I hear their customer service is no better than LG. I have no personal experience though.
-
I have never had a GE appliance but LG is on my never buy again list. The compressor went bad on warranty. They sent their guy out to the house and agreed. Yep, the compressor is toast. They said they don't fix them they just check them to confirm for the company. Charged me $100 for the service call to confirm the compressor was bad. LG never fixed it after 3 months of haggling. Luckily the manager at Lowes got tired of their stalling too and gave us a new Whirlpool at no charge. He said LG was always a problem to deal with. I need to check with my brother to see what make his beer fridge in the garage is. His inlaws bought it sometime in the 50's and it's still keeping his beer cold.

I also use Pierce extensions on my 30SF. That made a difference. Never shot a 21 so I can't comment but the 30SF is a very good pistol.

I personally carry a double action .357 with a 5 inch barrel loaded with 180 grain hardcast bullets.

White 2 door hardtop with white interior. Bucket seats. Just like this one.

Mine was not a 4 barrel and not too big on power. It got me where I wanted to go most of the time though. In the short time I had it I replaced the fuel pump, rear wheel bearings and all 4 wheel brakes and wheel cylinders. I paid $150 for it and six months later got $400 for it but still lost money. LOL. It was a Pontiac Tempest Lemans, I called it my Pontiac lemons.

I had a 62 1/2 Tempest which was the same car as the 63. The engine was a 389 with the left bank lopped off. Exactly 1/2 of a 389. I spent a lot of time working on it during the 6 months I owned it. Traded it for a brand new 1972 Nova SS. Huge upgrade for an 18 year old for sure.

I have a Glock 30sf and it's my favorite of all the Glocks, I guess that's why I bought one. Very accurate and dependable pistol. Never tried the Hipoint carbine but I have a Ruger PC carbine and it would be a great home defense also. The Glock can double as home defense and concealed carry would be a good reason to go with it.

I don't have a problem with anyone buying ammo at whatever price they are willing to pay if they need it. Personally, I stocked up when it was cheap and replaced what I shoot as I went. Now it's sky high in price and I don't buy any until the price comes down (who knows when that will be). In the meantime I haven't been shooting much and when I do it's .22 long rifle because I have plenty.

I have had zero issues with my p365. I bought some 15 round magazines to carry as spares and when at the range. It shoots like a bigger gun with the 15 rounders inserted. Haven't tried a Hellcat so I can't comment on it. The Sig rides in my pocket like it's not there and is easy to draw. I also carry an FNS9 comcast IWB quite often.

I can't begin to know your pain but I will say a prayer for you and her.

They also have a store in Lynchburg. Not cheap but made in Tennessee I believe and I hear they are comfy and last a long time.
