1. I researched this and I do not think it is true. From what I found they are only making the employers report the amount for data collection purposes.
2. He chose his side and that is his right.  Sad that he likely has political reasons for it.  We need a couple generals to come out and speak for our side.     We need to get organized, and I am not talking about the NRA.  We need a real voice in all of this that people will listen to.  Of course, the issue is that most of the main stream media outlets are hard core liberals.     I guess we can just wait for it all to come down and then tell the government to kiss our asses.     Like Joshua Boston said, "Unconstitutional laws aren't laws".
3. Yup, the Liberals want to destroy yet another industry that employees tens of thousands of people.  California and Illinois have already taxed the industries out of their states and now their states are going under.     Now they want to take down the rest of the country.  I have came to the conclusion in the past year that liberalism is a cancer.  It kills everything it touches.
4.   Regarding gun registration:   REPORTER: "THE LAW IS THE LAW". JOSHUA BOSTON: "UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS AREN'T LAWS".   The reporter really made me angry when she laughed at that.  The Liberal trash wants to act like they support the veterans, but when a veteran supports the Constitution they laugh at him, OPENLY.  This crap is really starting to piss me off.
5. I am sure Biden will consider that while he is meeting with Michael Bloomberg and the fine folks at The Brady Campaign. They will think about it when crafting their gun registration bill, all the while dreaming of their ultimate goal.......confiscation. I am sure some legislation will pop up soon and it absolutely will not be fair for gun owners. I read on an article a few minutes ago that a White House aide said this "task force" is trying to think of laws that Obama can enact by signing an executive order. They want to bypass Congress if it is possible. They know that the Republicans will likely shoot down anything that is too drastic. If the majority of intelligent Americans have any common sense they will tell Obama, Biden and their cronies to kick rocks. Molon Labe
6. I think he went overboard myself. He really should not have taken the 9/11 bait, that was really bad. Piers definitely knew what he was doing. We all know that Alex Jones makes some good points on his talk shows and is an intelligent man, but we have to also view this interview at face value too. We, as politically involved gun owners, know the truth. We know that the main stream media has cranked up the propaganda machine against gun owners. We may not look at this interview the same as what the average American see's it. You have to remember that the average American likely watches CNN, MSNBC, and the like without a second thought about whether or not those media outlets have an agenda. A huge portion of the population are oblivious to it. And there is the problem. Millions of Americans will view this interview and likely have the thought that is guy is a nut case that has no business owning a firearm. Piers and his followers are likely hoping that those same viewers start to generalize this perspective onto the average law abiding gun owner. We need to actively engage the anti-gun lobbyists in this debate, but we also need to be very careful. Words need to be chosen very wisely because the media will always try to take what you say and quote it out of context.
7. The majority of Americans would not need to revolt to cause a massive revolution.  Even if just a very small percentage took up arms the government would be overwhelmed.  Here's an interesting fact from America's past........   * During the Revolutionary War, only THREE percent of the people actually fought against Great Britain. * Only TEN percent of the citizens actively supported that three percent. * Approximately TWENTY percent considered themselves to be on the side of the Revolution, but they did not actively participate. * Toward the climactic end of the war, approximately THIRTY percent actually fought on the side of the British. * The rest of the citizens had no disposition either way. They didn’t care. They didn’t want anything to do with what they deemed to simply be a political issue. The sanctity, liberty, and freedoms of this nation were brought about by the unselfish, honorable, patriotic, committed, and determined acts of a mere 3%.  This three percent didn’t let the comforts of life blind them to the eternal significance of freedom. They didn’t allow evil speaking to sway what their heart told them was true. They didn’t postpone their actions for a more convenient time. They didn’t value their own life over the life and liberty of their fellow citizens.  In many cases, they sealed their testimony of Freedom, Liberty, and Choice with their blood and the blood of their families. Although it was only three percent, it was still sufficient to create a nation which was to be an example to all the rest of the world of a truly free republic. This three percent laid the foundation of the most powerful and prosperous nation on the earth. This valiant three percent manifested to the entire nation, and surely even the world, the unalienable value of hope, faith, family, virtue and freedom.
8. Let's see how this bitch likes this........ PHONE NUMBER: (914) 694-5204 JOURNAL COLUMNIST Dwight R. Worley 23006 139 Ave Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 (718) 527-0832
9. Came across this while reading up on single action revolvers just a few minutes ago.  It is called a "poor boy's trigger job".  The author does it on a Ruger Blackhawk, but it can also be done on Smith and Wesson, Colt, and Taurus revolvers as well (as stated in the article).     I just now done it on my Ruger Single Ten and there is a noticeable difference in the trigger pull.  It took about 5 minutes.  Has anyone else done this?  The author says it will not hurt the gun if it is a good quality firearm.  He says he has done it countless times with great success.     Just figured I would share this with those of you that have revolvers.     http://www.gunblast.com/Poorboy.htm
10. Damn, didn't see that. I guess we can delete this one
11. If it does pass I really hope all the gun owners in Illinois take a stand and tell the state government to screw off. I lived in southern Missouri just across the Mississippi River from Illinois for most of my life. I knew quite a few people from Southern Illinois and even lived there for a short time. It is all farm land and forest for the most part. I would have to believe that a huge number of those folks will not turn in their guns just because some snot nosed liberal from the city said so.........at least not voluntarily anyway.
12.
Look at those insults fly! Whew!
Texas has a few liberal sores they have to deal with, just like any other Conservative state. They are mainly in Austin, along with parts of Dallas and Houston. The comments you see are just Liberals that are all butt hurt over a Texas Conservative threatening their dreams of a socialist utopia.
13. Figured I'd share my little find I came across at the pawn shop yesterday. After thinking about it I went back today and bought it. It is in like new condition. Looks like it was only fired a couple times at the most. I really like the fiber optic sights on it. The Ruger Single Six I had didn't have those. I was very fond of the Single Six that I used to have and I've wanted another one for a good while now. They are really fun and CHEAP to shoot. I have always overlooked the Single Ten's because of the added price. They were asking $450.00 for this one, which was already a fair price. I was able to get them down $50.00, so I got it for $400.00. Not a bad for a Single Ten. I think I may need to start frequenting the pawn shops a little more often. Or maybe not.....
14. I have seen A LOT of people pointing out my "2A DFNDR" NRA license plate lately.  It is on the front of my truck.  Most of them seem to think it is cool.  The others.....well I really don't give a damn.     They don't have to like it.  They just better hope they don't decide to key my truck or something.  I will be rearranging some faces.
15. He also classifies himself as an "Independent".     More like an Independent Douchebag.......
16.
Under the last ban it was high cap nags, collapsible stocks, flash hiders, etc.
It is crazy just how stupid our government can be. Those collapsible stocks and flash hiders sure do make a gun extra deadly don't they? If we could just kick out all the Liberal gun haters this country would be a better place. They have absolutely no common sense whatsoever.
17. I know some in the "outside" world may view Tennesseans or gun owners as a whole as "backwoods rednecks". What I think should be understood about our gun culture is that it is a very diverse group. It is not just made up of farmers and country boys. I grew up in a rural area, but joined the miltary and traveled the world. I have been to damn near every state in this country on top of it, including Liberal strongholds like L.A., Seattle, and Chicago (unfortunately). I then went to college for 5 years and now work as an Applications Engineer. Heck, during most of my college years I classified myself as a Democrat (I hate admitting it). By most standards, I do not think that qualifies me as a "backwoods redneck". I think gun owners as a whole need to wage a public relations campaign to educate people about gun culture and those who belong to it. The liberal media does their very best to classify gun owners as uneducated right wing nut jobs. We need to do something to counter the stereotyping. Of course, what good will it do? They will just find another way........
18. I made the mistake of watching part of his show tonight. He had a few shrinks and "doctors" on his show tonight. I think one of them was an Indian (from India). The ticker was displaying gun death statistics while they systematically spoke about how dangerous AR-15's are and how they do not belong in the hands of American citizens. He also made sure to have the room full of liberals that constantly shook their heads in fake disbelief when the Piss Ant stated a "gun fact". Of course, he had a couple pro-gun people sitting off in their little corner of the room so he could create a side show out of them. One guy wrote a book about semi-auto guns (can't remember the title). The pro-gun folks were extremely respectful and when they tried to make their arguments Piers started his usual crap. Yelling and over-riding them every time they made a point. When he said to Piers that all semi-auto's are the same and that an AR is no different, Piers yelled at him repeatedly and kept asking him how many rounds an AR could shoot per second. The guy didn't even get a chance to answer the first question before the Piss Ant was yelling at him. Piers is now claiming that an AR can shoot 4 to 6 rounds per second, which is total bull shit. My finger can't pull the trigger that fast. Piers is obviously citing the specs from a military M16 version and applying them to AR's. My advice is that these pro-gun people stop taking interviews with Piers. All he is going to do is yell at them and call them "stupid" when they disagree. I really do hate that man. He has been here 6 years and is already advocating stripping our rights away. He isn't worth the dog shit on the bottom of my shoe.
19. This country is going straight into the crapper. Americans will soon be drinking tiny cups of tea over some crumpets.
20. I will not compromise on a single damn thing. No new gun regulations, PERIOD. Then, when it is all said and done and they find out that arming teachers was a damn good idea, I want to smear it in all their faces. I will not be happy until the Liberals are so demoralized that they will never speak of any type of ban again. We need to stand firm. They will never stop. It is the Liberal way. I will not stand by and let them piss on the Constitution..........and then tell me that I need to "compromise".
