I go to members, click leave feedback and fill out everything except the section that requires a link to the transaction, which does not seem to be working. Am I missing something?

TN Handgun Carry Permit Schools and Instructors
Joe86 replied to BimmerFreak's topic in Training Discussions
School Name: Critical Incident Strategies, LLC Location: Smyrna, TN Primary Instructor: Dustin Cost: $100 Website: criticalincidentstrategies@yahoo.com Phone number: 615-347-0787 I took his defensive shotgun course yesterday and was very pleased with the course and the way he presented the material. Very straight forward and practical. I would consider this a beginner to low-mid intermediate level class.Saying that, I did come away with a lot of new tools that I didn't have before and that's worth the price of admission. Joe -
I was looking into putting Truglos on my Shield but they only make 1 size for all M & P at present. I'm told they hang off the shield by about 1/8" on each side. Several folks have told me this doesn't give them any problema, but I'm not so sure I buy into that. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Joe

Question about selling an automatic knife on this forum
Joe86 replied to Joe86's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
Thank you. That's what I thought, but I'd hate to post it and then find out otherwise. -
I'm in Nashville. Who is the Class III dealer I should contact? Thanks

I've decided on a Glock for a carry gun. I have a P3AT for those times when I can't carry the Glock. Is there any real difference between carrying a G26 concealed vs a G19? All other issues aside, I'd rather have the G19. Thanks in advance for any advice on this matter. Joe

Thanks for the info. I suspected that was the law. Same as VA, where I used to live. Joe

This may be an old topic but I'll ask again anyway. What is the law about carrying an automatic knive in TN? How about knives like Kershaw? Thanks Joe

Thanks for the info. Joe

How do you sell and ship a hand gun to an out of state seller? They have an FFL. Can you send it directly, or does it have to be sent by a gun dealer? Thanks
-
Does anyone make a full auto 22, preferably a full auto version of a Ruger 1022? Also, any Class III shops around Nashville? Thanks Joe
-
anyone using this in their 38s? I've heard good things about it and have been using it in my 38 carry gun. Opinions? Thanks Joe

Anyone have direct experience with both the truglos and XS? I currenly have Dawson precisons, which are far better than the stock sights on my XD9, but still not what I want (hard to see both my target and the front sight). Age issues.... Thanks
-
I've heard good things about XS sights. Anyone selling them in Nashville, or are they strictly mail order? If so, any recommendations for a gunsmith who can install them? Thanks Joe
-
Just a quick hello to introduce myself. Been in Nashville for 2 years now. Have handguns for home defense and IDPA. Just went over to XDs after years of Glocks. Joe

I've been shoot 9MM Georgia Arms for years and never had an issue.
-
Anyone have any experience with the new 9MM Ruger carry gun? Thanks
-
Any opnions on Dawson sights? I just put a set on my XD9. A definite improvement over the stock sights, but still not quite what I'm looking for. Thanks for any advice. Joe
-
Anyone have experience with Truglo sights? If so, what did you think? I'm thinking of putting them on an XD9 for home use and IDPA. Thanks Joe

I've trained in traditial martial arts, tae kwon do, hapkido, jujitsu, and kick boxing. I think most give you a false sense of security as they teach you to train is a static environment. The best style I trained in was a style called American Combatives in Huntington WV, basically the same as Krav Mava (as I understand it) - attack the attacker, the person who has the stronger offense wins, nothing is static and whatever you train for turns to crap in the real world.
