Yes! Construction zones are the worst for these people. They can't pass and you can't pull over, and they expect you to drive unsafe and BREAK THE LAW just so they can drive a little faster. Yep. I do the same thing. Get on my bumper, we're only gonna go slower.... a lot slower, until they give me safe enough distance that I can speed up. Sounds to me like Kroger doesn't care one way or the other, they're just trying to sell groceries. I really hope this doesn't turn into what happened with Starbucks last year, where they made the same statement and gun owners mistook it as support, then flooded their stores open carrying rifles and hand cannons as a way to show solidarity with Starbucks. All it did was make gun owners look looney, since it brought out the loons, and gave us too much negative press. Kroger could not care less about your right to carry. I'm okay with that. They just sell groceries. The only pat on the back Kroger should get is for not caving to bullies, but I suspect if research showed more support for this Mad Cow Moms organization, they'd be posting. I have a Beretta 96 and an old SA model 1951.  I love them both, but both are safe queens.  The 96 is the same size as a 92, just a different caliber.  In fact, I think you can put a 92 slide and barrel onto a 96 frame and fire it as a 9mm; someone correct me if I'm wrong.  They're just too big to carry.  It'd be a great home defense pistol, but my EDC fills that role, so the Beretta stays in the safe.  Beautiful pistol though.

The price of a full auto SAW, M-60 or PKC is faaaaaaaaarrrrrr greater than a semi. If the ban was lifted they would be the same price. I would never own a semi-auto belt fed, and I'd never pay the current price for a full auto. I just really want a belt fed. Once I have that I'm all set on squad weapons.
