  1. I like the way that slings and seatbelts separate boobies.
  2. We have a Constitution and armed folks that swear an oath to protect and uphold it. I'm sure at least one or two of our uniformed people actually intend to honor that oath. Maybe even three. Or they are just mindless automatons that get a sledgehammer lobotomy the second they take their post as a Servicemember or LEO.
  3. There are plenty of gays that are of a religious background that are in conflict with their beliefs and urges. If that means seeking therapy to control their urges and be hetero, that is their business, not the gov's. When I was a kid I had strong urges to be a dinosaur. Turns out that wasn't a very realistic life plan. If I wanted to seek professional help to suppress those urges that would be my business. If I want to dress up like a dino and pretend to have T-Rex arms, that is cool too. Bottom line, the gov just needs to STFU and stay out of people's lives. Good or bad, folks can make choices for themselves.
  4. I'm more concerned about the gov coming for my beer. It is the next logical step for Bloomberg.
  5. Double that sentiment. The gov can't logistically accomplish this feat. If they tried it would be bloody. Even if only a fraction of the population decided to fight, it would be more than what our government would be able to handle. That doesn't even take into account all the military and law enforcement that would be told to carry out unlawful orders who are gun owners themselves. It won't happen. Gun control will come in the form of restrictions such as the Brady Bill. Even then, if every military style rifle disappeared tomorrow and all we had were lever actions and shotguns, we'd still be the best armed nation in the world and the gov wouldn't have the capability to subject the people to martial law without the viable concern of getting smacked down by the citizenry.
  6. Wait, pepper spray is illegal there too? It isn't deadly and is clearly a defensive weapon. I know where I'm moving to if I ever decide to get into the rape business.
  7. YouTube the South Park ManBearPig episode. It will explain everything you need to know about Al Gore... I'm super cereal.
  8. Sounds like this guy is getting butt hurt over the situation now. He needs to calm down and not be so anal retentive about the situation.
  9. I would probably drink goat piss if it got me drunk. I'm certain that is what Corona is made with anyway.
  10. Impossible. I've seen enough after school specials and cautionary tale movies to know this couldn't possibly be true in a million years. As someone who has never done coke I am clearly more qualified to make assumptions on its effects and addictiveness. I know for a fact that if I tried coke tomorrow I would instantly be compelled into a life of crime where I will abandon my family and commit criminal acts to feed my habit. Clearly it must be one extreme or the other, because to believe that there is anything existing in the middle is to accept that people are capable of making responsible choices despite the use of drugs other than alcohol. Pop culture has made clear this isn't true.
  11. For the record, Obama had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the pullout in Iraq. The expiration of the SOFA was going to happen no matter who was in office, and the Iraqis weren't going to renew it. Obama taking credit for the expiration of a document signed years before he took office is just silly. Not to mention that the fighting was mostly over before he even started campaigning against McCain. Of course it won't stop uninformed liberals from saying otherwise. Giving Obama credit for the troop pullout in Iraq is like giving him credit for the changing of the seasons.
  12. An overdose was too nice a way to go to call this kharma. The only appropriate way for this low life POS to expire would have been being gang-raped to death by a herd of rhinos.
  13. Blaming pot for crime is like blaming bullets for murder.
  14. I'm hoping not, but if that plays out there should be a collective facepalm with the repooblicants. Obama, I believe, will turn out to be the most destructive President in modern history. Losing to him should make alarm bells ring loud in that party, to the tune of being out of touch and not respecting those that cast ballots in the best interest of the US.
  15. Follow the money. This goes in EVERY direction.
  16. Agreed. I was trying to draw attention to it being a systemic problem with our gov rather than an issue plaguing only one organization.
  17. That used to be the popular E-4 mafia quote. Recently I saw a good pic posted of kids reenacting that
  18. If I was still single I would have already unlocked this achievement.
  19. When I'm good and old, with the world tired of me and me tired of it. Preferably the day after my wife. I'd hate to leave her first and have her be all alone. I'm better at it than her. I've seen the way she reacts when her hamster dies. Can't imagine what that would be like if it was I that passed and couldn't be there to comfort her. It makes me a much more careful man than I used to be.
  20. The pistol whipping characteristics are superior in my 1911 vs. my Glock... or so says the random '80s snitch chained up in my basement.
  21. I thought there were already polymer framed 1911s out there.
  22. You don't go to the one downtown? I heard they're holding it in McGregor Park now due to so many vendors.
  23. I take my son down to play on the "last train" occasionally. There are only two times I ever thought I might use my pistol. One of them was there. We were approached by druggies looking for a handout. My response was not diplomatic. The playground right there always has some homeless drunks hanging out with 40 oz malt liquor right in the open. The police garage is literally next door and this still goes on. Carry is still legal in that park, so that is the reason that I still go. My son loves that train. I'll be damned if some punks are going to keep him from seeing it. On another note, this, like all the other shootings this week, have only affected low life POS's. It won't be coming to my neighborhood any time soon. If it did the news stories would be quite different. The communities in Clarksville that live under the umbrella of dominance that gangs cast over them deserve exactly what they have. If people actually took responsibility for their own community and personal security the gang bangers would have no place to go. In short, eff 'em.
