Either way, if I'm in fear of my life, I'm not going to be considering any thing else other than picking the most likely path to continuing my existence. Anyone concerned about post-shoot litigation at the moment of the shoot is not in fear for their life. One fear should trump the other, in my opinion.

As much as they have members who are associated with radical terror groups, for some reason CAIR is mainstream enough that having open relationships with the organization is not cause for alarm. I'd equate CAIR with the NAACP. While most members of the NAACP are normal folks with an agenda of furthering the advancement of Americans of African descent, there are some closely associated with that organization that would and should be classified as radical militants. So does a few bad apples spoil the bunch? I would say "yes" if those organizations choose not to distance themselves from such personalities. CAIR has not, and therefore should not be legitimatized by the White House. In a perfect world....

Yeah, that BCG seems pretty stout. I'm not losing sleep over it though. I don't reload so the chances of getting a factory hot load is very slim. I'd be a little more concerned if it were a .308 though. Slim or not, the results there would probably not be good on a plastic receiver; it would make me a little jumpy.

Well not knowing how a hot load would go in a AUG, the possibility always exists. The hit load I witnessed out of a Walther was factory Winchester, purchased by the Army. I have no idea what caused the chamber explosion in the M16s. Stuff happens. I wouldn't be losing sleep over .223 chamber explosion in an MSAR, unless I was a left hander shooting a right hand configured rifle. That could be catastrophic without eye pro.

Especially if you're shooting left handed on a right handed configuration. I've seen a couple of kabooms in M16s before; not sure if it was a hot load or not fully seated in the chamber. I was a private and just happened to be on the range when they happened. Either way the result wasn't that bad on the shooter or the weapon. I guess if it was a kaboom with a .308 I'd really want that plating though. I've seen a kaboom in a plastic Walther 9mm. That destroyed the pistol and injured the shooter's hand.

Putting a guy out to be eaten alive was a pretty brutal move. I'm really digging where this is going. I hoping to see a dark character change in Rick, similar to Breaking Bad season one. Oh, and his kid is way less obnoxious this season, which is a plus. What I'm looking forward to is the upcoming conflict between Darryl and his brother. I can kinda tell where that is going to go, so hopefully they throw in a little twist to make it interesting. I think it will culminate with Darryl killing his own brother when bro tries to enact a little revenge for being chained to a roof.

It was a joke referencing the Rush Limbaugh thing, but you already knew that because I wrote it just a few posts back. And yes, I have no problems making judgements on the character of people like her. She not only is an entitled slut, but she has been made in to this champion of women's rights when her only claim to fame is complaining that she should be given contraception rather than pay for it herself like everyone else who isn't a worthless mooch. Now, had she done this in the privacy of her own home I guess I wouldn't know. But she didn't do that, did she? So, I'm am going to make judgments on people like her who deserve to be judged. Are there worse people than her? Absolutely. Are they the topic of the thread? Nope.

I don't condone anyone taking money that isn't theirs. The fact that others do it in different capacities doesn't remove this hooker from the equation of being an entitled waste of oxygen.

There are thousands of cases of HCP/CCP holders saving their lives and the lives of others with their carry weapon; at a minimum there are hundreds of cases every year of citizens intervening against armed aggressors and coming out on top. One BS study means nothing against actual proof. Besides all that, it is about having a choice. I don't care if the odds are stacked against me or not. I want to be the one who decides what my options are, not some limousine liberal that has never been outside their gated community without a bodyguard.

This could be less of a faulty wiring issue and more of an older house issue when codes were different. I live in an older house and suffer the same problems as the OP. like I said before, check ALL the outlets... not just the ones in the bathroom.

For a trained animal I would say it won't work and neither will pepper spray. It is not uncommon amongst the criminal element to have dogs trained in aggression. Those folks aren't known for being the responsible type to keep their pets leashed and contained. The only thing that will stop them is death or someone that runs slower than you.

This season is back on track. Season 2 was way too soap oprahish. Good to see the writers listened to the fans yelling at their TVs.
