Was not referring to sniper weapons systems, but be certain that US Army SF do not have HK 416s or M-14s. SEALs still sport some version off the M-14/M-21, but they are not SF... just ask them.

Hopefully he saved it somewhere so he'll be able to log back in. -
Well, last I checked it was two per team. For certain though, the last time SF teams were MTOE'd M-14s, they were still wearing OG-107s.

The only 7.62x51 rifle that SF uses is the SCAR.

More importantly than the money, how can you authorize certain medical care without legal parent or guardian approval? At a minimum, it seems as if the sperm donor could at least agree to some sort of legal contract for that sake. Could open the door to getting them permanently out of his care too, under the guise of simply having the ability to act as a legal guardian in such emergencies. Definitely should talk to an attorney, and if you have to approach the sperm donor regarding this situation, make your motives appear to be nothing more than ensuring your ability to handle those types of scenarios.

I've also had all three in FA (from military days) and would also go with the FAL. Mine was the 16 in paratrooper, so it was a lot easier to maneuver around vehicles and in general. I will say that firing any of those on FA was doing little but making a lot of noise, with the exception of the M14 resting on a sandbag from the prone.

Meh, ain't too worried about it. The difference between how I do now and when this one gets stamped is $200 bucks and long wait. I don't exactly drive a flashy truck or go places where vehicle breakins are the norm. Besides, the way it's stored they have to take some time to find it, and it's not a place where thieves on quick smash and grab are gonna look, like glove box and console. If it gets taken I can live with it.

That's how I roll. I don't keep a round chambered in that one since it's stowed, so once my stamp comes back it won't change anything on how I travel with it. It'll just mean I can't carry it in my backpack on hikes anymore.

I can't believe the things this Marshal said to the reporter. It's sad that his opinion is that his life is more important than the life of an innocent person. I can't imagine getting into law enforcement with that attitude.

Protesters stop traffic on Interstate, What would you do?

Absolutely option "A". -
I have a much lighter colored roof so having them cleaned is a must. Of course, the pitch is such that I hate getting up there and tempting fate, so I like the idea of leaving it to professionals. Years of nearly killing myself putting up and taking down Christmas lights have traumatized me to the idea of going up there.

My wife had this done a few years ago... maybe 4ish years? I was deployed at the time so I have no idea the name of the company. Anyway, it worked well but the funk is back. I'm probably going to have it done again here soon.

Not really looking to argue about what to do, I'm just saying that the probability of getting into an accident on the interstate when traveling the wrong direction is high. Like incredibly high. In fact, few people do it and come out unscathed. Also, in my experience when gun fire starts crowds disperse faster than I can expend my ammunition. -
Les Miserableblebles is probably the scariest thing I've seen lately. Especially scary since the wife bought the BluRay set... the thought of watching it again sends chills down my spine.

I wasn't speaking to the legality of driving the wrong way on the interstate, I was talking about the danger. At any speed, driving the wrong way on the interstate will likely result in a collision. Not something I'd take my kids in. At least with the protest my bullets move faster than their ability to hurt my children. -

That's a load of crap. You always have options...it just depends on which ones you choose to use. I don't understand. Their only option to "turn around and find another way" would be to go the wrong direction on the interstate. That is not a viable option, at all. -
I trade down all the time. The Glock I have now was acquired by me trading something I had which was worth much more. Doesn't bother me none. I got what I wanted and got rid of what I didn't. Every firearm I own has either held its value or appreciated in value since purchasing it. If I trade for something that is worth $100-$200 less than what I am trading what have I really lost? Other than pride I haven't lost anything. The only time I'm haggling for a deal is when actual green is involved.

I'm guessing there's more to the stop than a broken tail light.

Kinda hard to do that on the interstate, especially when you don't have access to the highway going the opposite direction. These drivers are trapped and have no options. -

Once again, where are the bean bags and rubber bullets? What exactly are they accomplishing here others than terrorizing innocent people? -

The second one is from the LA riots. The police watched that as well as other assaults and murders take place on innocent people and did absolutely nothing. Proof that taking no action against violent rioters emboldens them and makes matters worse; much like a young child let to run amok in a restaurant without a parent intervening. They will push the limits. When riots happen police should be able to lethal force on all participants. Something we used to say in Iraq, "innocent people don't come running to the sound of gunfire." This meant that when the funk hit the fan, everyone not running away or pancaking themselves to the pavement is a target. Sounds harsh, but it is absolutely true. Referring specifically to these protesters here, they are breaking the law and are causing a hazard by blocking the interstate. Backups like these cause deadly accidents. Ambulances need to get to where they are going. As a citizen, I'll wait for the cops to come and enforce the law. But like I said, these clowns can turn violent in an instant if they are free to roam unchecked. When that happens you can bet everyone in those first few lines of vehicles would be a target. Think there are any young children and babies in those cars, sitting helpless and strapped into their carseats? Parents not knowing what may happen? Having no possible escape as they are blocked in? Yep, anyone comes near my car with my babies in it they will be staring down a barrel of an AK. If they decide to get violent every last person in that crowd deserves to be shot. -
Nancy Grace has been accused of many things. I don't think anyone has ever accused her of being a "reporter" or "journalist" though.

Why aren't police shooting these clowns with beanbags and rubber bullets? These people don't look violent, so no, I wouldn't take any offensive action other than calling the Popo and telling them to get these people off the road. Due to the amount of traffic that is backed up it doesn't appear to have been blocked very long, so I'm sure the cops were on the way. My AK I keep with me would be on my lap though. These folks turn violent at the drop of a hat once they realize they have the upper hand.... usually when a democrap politician, such as a mayor or Commiefornia police chief, decides to observe and not intervene (for fear it will make matters worse). When that happens I'll be using their bodies for sandbags in case they decide to come back and get another lesson in why gun owners are self reliant on their security. -
I don't think they cared. As long as they got theirs, why does it matter if they screw over everyone else? Obama is a good example. If he was concerned about his legacy, he wouldn't be doing 99% of the stuff he does. Even if things go to hell, Great Depression hell, the ruling class of America will always be okay. They always have been, through every government created crisis in our history. As long as they have power they don't really care. This is why we can use that against them. Remove every incumbent from power. Things would change, quick.
