I like it!

I'd pm one of the mods. I was a part of the group until I deactivated Facebook several months back. BCGO it's one of the only things I miss about Facebook. Really good bunch of guys and girls, their numbers are significant. They often have get togethers, which I thought was cool. I can almost guarantee that you got overlooked somehow. Can you maybe cancel your request and put in a new request? EDIT: I just noticed that you said forum, I'm not aware if they actually have their own forum. When I was active with them all of their dealings were through a Facebook group. I'll add that they don't put up with low grade people. I'd meet up with a BCGO with as much confidence as I would a TGOer.

My grandfather would have had them on the phone for at least 45 minutes asking them what kind of windows they were selling, the best way to clean windows, or some other nonsense. He could really work them, everyone in the house would gather around to listen, I'd give anything to have been able to record those calls. IMO telemarketers are open game. They call us without invitation and try to get us to do things we don't want to do. I consider even the legitimate ones to be an unhonorable profession. Yeah, I understand it's a job, so it's being a crack dealer. Just because it's a job doesn't mean I'm going to give you a pass.

We decided to rent for a year before we buy another house because we haven't sold our old one yet. Took me forever to find a suitable house to rent in Mt.Juliet.

Have a good realtor look at it. They can best tell you if the repairs are worth the money. Sometimes you can spend $5k and sell the house for $25k more than you would have.

Sorry I reread you're post and saw what you wanted to do with the money. Personally I don't think I would mess with it in the current market.

I've flipped a couple of houses and done well with them. I'm also familiar with the housing market in Mt. Juliet. It all boils down to will you recover the investment in the upgrades and then some? Normally I'd spruce the place up with fresh paint and light fixtures but in the market you are in you will have ten people fighting to give you your asking price and they will pay closing costs. What exactly are the improvements that toy want to make? I can also recommend a couple of excellent real estate agents if you do not already have one.

I'm going to get back in it this year. Since I've last messed with a bow I've broken my left collarbone and I have a plate and nine pins in it, plus I had a third degree separation of my right shoulder, both still give me issues if I can't handle the bow I will go the crossbow route.

Spotify is the only app that I have ever paid for and it is well worth my $10 per month. Satellite radio was $18 a month when I cancelled it, and I don't miss it a bit. I'm not an itunes user and with Spotify I have no desire to be.

Back when I was bow hunting before this was just how I did it, I could draw 65-70 pounds but I kept my bow set at 55 and slung about 100 arrows per day. I figured shot placement was more important than power.

As a person whose roots are in Tennessee on both sides of my family for more generations than I even know, and a supporter of the Confederate flag I think that it is great that to you are flying it.

As a southerner I grew up thinking that the only way to prepare okra was to fry it. My wife sautas it in coconut oil and I've come to like it that way better than fried.
-
I don't disagree with you but if Hillary gets elected will we be sitting here in a couple of years thinking that Obama wasn't that bad? Man, that scares me to death to even think about.

One of my hunting buddies wants to get into bow hunting. She is petite and concerned about how much weight she can handle drawing? What is the minimum that would be recommended to deer hunt with and what would the range limitations be? She is already an accomplished deer hunter with a rifle and will no doubt work hard to learn and shoot her bow well, so I'm sure that she would be well practiced and her shot placement will be good.

IMO Trauri which are produced on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays are pretty good guns. Tauri which are produced on Mondays and Fridays will usually prompt a return to the manufacturer and/or some tinkering on your part. They can be great guns or passable hammers, Taurus has good customer service, as they should considering how often their products get sent back.

I'm giving up 6 motorcycles and a sports car, so in looking forward to all of the money that I will save! I have a place where I am keeping the boat where I could pull out up on the bank to redeck it when necessary. I know that if I had a trailer whenever I went to use our the tires would be flat, the bearings seized, and the runners rotted out, so I'll just avoid that by not having one. Those trailers are real money pits!!! I was lined up to buy a boat this morning but ant to get it and the motor wouldn't run worth a crap so it's back to the classifieds...

Just a suggestion... as a replacement for pasta they make a gadget that makes zucchini into strings like pasta. Yeah, it's not as good, but it's a lot healthier.

It's 24 feet. I do appreciate it, I could pick a trailer up anywhere between Nashville and Knoxville but it would probably be next weekend before I could return one to the Knoxville area.

1) I haven't registered a boat in Tennessee in about 15 years. Last time I did it you just took a bill of sale to the county clerks office, paid the sales tax and they gave you your sticker. Is this still the way it works? Just want to make sure I get all the proper documentation when I get the boat. 2) I'm purchasing a pontoon boat. I am currently in Mt. Juliet but the boat is in east Tennessee, the boat does not come with a trailer and I really don't want a trailer as I have boat dock to keep it at, and would very seldom use a trailer. Does anyone know of a local marina that rents trailers? I just need to rent one to go get the boat, that's the only stumbling block to making this happen.

Bring plenty of bug spray and learn to love humidity. Welcome!

Remember back when you could believe everything you heard on the internet?

I had one once that was so bad I put the used oil from everything else I owned in it. But it was one of those beater cars that I felt I had gotten more than my monies worth out of already.

If he was as bad as he thinks he is he would not have blocked his number. It humored me how bad people think they are when they can hide behind an anonymous telephone or keyboard.

I've had my eye on the PSE Fang, it has great reviews and can be had for $300 from Amazon.
