I got a Sandusky Lockable metal storage shelf from Sam's for under $200.00...very well built and can hold up to 150lbs per shelf...its my ammo cabinet.

I have an M11/9 with a Lage Upper and its a lot of fun....my biggest problem with it is finding reliable mags without going the sten conversion route...currently the metal ones im using are super reliable with 20rds, but even at ~650rpm that goes very fast...with the C-more sight on it accuracy is actually quite good.

The Class III fee is only $3,000 (per year).....who's to say you wouldnt also sell a few guns to be able to afford to enhance said collection

Thats freakin awesome man....congrats.....those should definitely show you some good returns(though I know your keepin em) down the road. Might want to think about using bulletproof or shatterproof glass on that table in case someone wants it more then you ;-D

I have shot a 10mm all metal gun and it was awesome....I have heard good things about the all metal guns, but stay away from the polymers

I shot this and its a good shooter, now I dont think its nearly as nice as that Ruger you got however ;-D

Don't misunderstand me I like ORSA a lot and will probably join in the near future, but all they would need to do is just say "if you shoot 50cal you must bring your own targets"...that would fix the problem...but alas its not my rules to make. Some people take shooting a little too seriously and forget that its also supposed to be fun.

thats silly ORSA wont allow a 50 and they have a 1000yd range....the 416 is a cop-out and 338 is just as expensive ammo wise as the 50....if im gonna pay $4.00+ per shot its gonna be something that can tear through walls...and then some.

Seems like every week AK's are gettin cheaper...at first I thought $450 was a great deal, then $400, and now $350.00....it it time to buy now or just keep waitin for a cheaper deal?

+1 Im not a hippie tree hugger and to each their own, but I do think Bobcats are quite beautiful and to lump them in the same category as yotes or feral hogs is pretty stupid imho However that being said as long as its legal hunt as you please you will see no sign bearing from me.

After reading about Wilson Combat in the Guns and Ammo rag I think I might would like to have one down the road.

I think Gunnys is a good place to shoot, although they should buy more staples, and they should also lower their membership and go back to the old hours.

Bredesen did bring a lot of jobs to TN(some people tend to forget this), I hope Ramsey has plans to handle that...to me thats more important then any 2nd amendment worries...without jobs and people being able to work none of us will need to worry about buying firearms or ammo cause we will all be broke and hungry....or moving to a different state. Stumping on the 2nd amendment and chest pumping about states rights is motivational, but it wont mean a damn if unemployment stays sky high.
