  1. I have a conversion kit for my G23 and it rocks...you do need to use the 9mm mags, but the extractor and everything else stays the same...i have had ZERO issues with it.  I use both KCI (korean) and glock mags...cant tell a difference in function.  My friend has had the same problem as you...hes been hunting for a barrel for over 2 months...course now he's kicking himself for not at least buying the mags when they were available.
  2. Get the marlin now while they arent bringing a premium....buy the saiga when the stupidity ceases.  Keep in mind 7.62 saigas were down to 399 (maybe less) before all the recent panic buying.  Nothing worse then paying $800+ now  and then finding out if you waited you could have had 2 for the same price.
  3. If you get it and want to part with it let me know...I have a soft spot for those.
  4. screw breaking it in...sell it for $3300+ on gunbroker and buy another later ;-D   Edit:  My friend bought one at Gander about the same time you bought yours...their price was $1900 which for Gander I thought was really good. (im trying to convince him to sell his too lol)
  5. I second this...excellent gun...i got the winchester version (why didnt they call it a WAR) the SX-AR and its way more accurate than me...mags are hard to get and $$$ though.  One really cool thing is the way its setup you can easily work the action like a bolt gun when firing low powered ammo, single shots, and plastic training rounds.
  6. They are good, but I still prefer Troy Mags over anything else

    Tavor

The more I look at a Tavor the more it reminds me of the FS2000 and vice versa.
  8. Im selling all my stuff...if people are foolish enough to pay what they are paying im gonna sell. I let the market dictate... :-) Do I feel bad? Not a bit..why should I...i didnt force em to waste their money and they are gonna spend it somewhere anyways...now if Obama would just start talking about a ban on cars LOL.
  9. I posted two of my AR's on gunbroker and a can of 5.56 and plan on posting the rest of my AR stuff...for what people are willing to pay I don't need it that badly...surprisingly the 308 AR's havent jumped yet so for now that will be my SHTF gun.
  10. lol i can't believe anyone would expect someone to honor a blatant misprint/typo
  11. I wouldnt blame AIM a bit for just posting them on gunbroker...im sorry but I fault no one for making money while people are being stupid...heck i think im gonna sell out my 5.56 ammo while dumb dumbs are willing to pay over $1 per shot.   Just wish I had bought extra lowers from PSA back when no one else was...least i bought all the other parts lol.
  12. http://www.wate.com/story/18915095/4-charged-with-illegally-trafficking-guns-in-tennessee
  13. also CDNN had em on sale in OD for $1700 i think
  14. i know the same guy that made the trigger mod for the msar also makes one for the FS2000 which would totally be worth the extra ~$40...made the MSAR a whole new gun. Also im pretty sure the Troy mags will work on the FS2000 which imho are much better than pmags. (yeah I know blasphemy right?)
  15. LOL, i wouldnt be a buyer but I do find it funny.
  16. sounds pretty cool man...when i built my "fancy" ar i originally had the same intent...but it got horribly derailed...now my lightweight "ar" is my keltec pistol lol. Keep us updated!
  17. buy this instead...holds zero better in my experience http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-Trophy-TRS-25-1xRed-Riflescope/dp/B00200E0HM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1338848993&sr=8-1
  18. i actually like the heritage revolvers...especially for the price...and taurus's...well..they keep trying and their warranty isn't too shabby even when you bubba up the gun yourself as Caster can attest
  19. We are talking about an AK here right? One of the simplest firearms known to man...and arsenal won't stand behind it? What a crock of sh*t.....you need to quit the emails and get someone on the phone...if you can't you might want to go ahead and email them a link to this thread...that usually gets a manufacturers attention...i know that if they don't fix it I would absolutely never consider buying one of their rifles.
  20. thats a 338 lapua right? beautiful rifle!
  21. you got a great deal...im glad you like it :-D
  22. Super accurate gun...for the money I don't think another semi-auto can touch it...i love mine...i have camo'd winchester version...me and my friends used it at the ORSA long range class and it were getting good hits at 600yds with just 147 FN ammo
  23. It sounds like On Target got caught trying to pull a fast one, but im pretty amazed that Arsenal who charges a ludicrous amount over factory price for some minor changes to an AK wouldnt stand behind their product while companies like Hi-Point and ATI routinely do and charge "crackhead prices". It tells me two things: 1. No desire to go to On Target 2. No desire to buy an Arsenal If I want a crappy warranty I will just go buy a bone stock saiga for ~$300 and crank on it myself.
  24. Recently Academy in Knoxville has had the M&P Sport in stock for $649.00
