  1. That's a bummer could be a collectors item one day though....kinda like the ol ZIP pistol lol
  2. Grayfox...that's a beautiful collection and they are bringing a premium...however for a "new one" they didn't improve the trigger at all and the price is quite over market for the caliber...I would much rather hunt down a classic like what you have then pay the same price for a new non collectible.
  3. HK is one of the few remaining companies that doesn't Beta test their customers....I used to hate HK now im a diehard when it comes to their pistols....I still think the HK416 is absurdly overpriced....and curious as to why they are letting themselves get smoked in the PDW/pistol brace market.
  4. Holy crap msrp of $749 and it still has a terrible trigger.... theres those hopes dashed.
  5. https://angstadtarms.com/scw9/ 2nd quarter of 2019 you can get one...i'd suggest getting on the list....really ingenious design...amazing no one had thought of it before...quite simple really.
  6. Not terrible...for $200...I think with some different grips and screws she would improve in the looks department mightily...still a huge leap from the current design....don't know what person is buying a $200 [gun] to use with a suppressor...maybe some other kind of tacti-cool muzzle attachment though.
  7. For the AR/Collector/Showoff/Afficianado Silly but I'll have to admit...pretty cool in its own way... https://www.spikestactical.com/collections/stripped-lowers/rare-breed-stripped-crusader-lower-receiver/
  8. Here's my problem with the whole thing and why I think certain "preppers" can't see the forest for the trees...say you got your 100k bunker...and then you get cancer, have a brain aneurysm, widow maker heart attack, etc...what would help your family more a bunker they will most likely never use and a bunch of property taxes and medical bills or all that money you've spent prepping? Also I see a lot of preppers on these forums...they wanna have stockpiles of food, ammo, etc...but they don't exercise...when your super obese and can't run for more then 5 minutes without getting winded, got diabetes, high blood pressure, etc...what the heck makes you think your gonna have long term survival...A good cardio program or treadmill should be some peoples first prep lol.
  9. I think preparation for any emergency is good but the way some people talk on forums its almost like their hoping for an excuse to use their 10yrs stockpile of food and ammo lol.
  10. I think I still have some bandoliers/blister packs of that south African...I used to buy A LOT of ammo anytime it was a "deal"
  11. There...fixed that for ya no reason to take up space in the safe for a $75 gun.
  12. omg that Rossi shotgun pistol looks painful! I would like to see how it prints with #1 buck...i'd say it would cover a room at any distance...still that would be a last resort shot.
  13. Love Dan Wessons...finally got a Cbob again....hands down my personal favorite 1911 in 45
  14. Very very interesting....they sure are innovative...if it works....
  15. The way he was calling her baby....yep...2 young officers working together....it is what it is. Hope she makes a speedy recovery and he learns to keep his booger hook off the bang button.
  16. Yeah they proud...anyone know if they quit "beta" testing customers...or is that still a thing?
  17. Awesome which one did you get? I carry a usp 45 compact and i also have a usp 45 tactical...i got threaded barrels for both to use with my AAC tirant 45m...oddly enough with the suppressor the compact shoots softer than the Tactical...the tactical might be ever so slightly more accurate.
  18. Chuck...the lowest I have seen were $289ish on gunbroker cause I was really leaning towards building one around it...the only thing Im on the fence about besides the cost is that thing is a bit heavy....and im not usually a fan of anything proprietary in case the company goes out of business or just flat out quits supporting the product...but dang if it aint cool.
  19. You still gonna use a maxim cqb pdw stock? To me that's one of the more expensive items that really completes that setup. If you dont wanna spend that $300-400 the other pdw stock deal is the sba3 lower parts kit PSA has for $149 delivered....but i really think the maxim is the look and length your going for.
  20. DD is more proven but they dont offer anything that commando tastic for that price.
  21. It is quite expensive relative to an everyday build thats for sure...i do really like the adjustable gas block they put on it since its carbine length that would really come in handy....also i know some people that are more likely to rely on an AR to protect themselves such as a few of my friends in blue prefer something factory made.
  22. That has detached retina written all over it....beautiful though!
  23. Lies!! Cant hide money! We know better!
  24. Check out what I found on GunBroker.com! https://www.gunbroker.com/item/796374147 Seems like a lotta gun for the price!
  25. I also think that thing looks awesome...and the parts are all well thought out...they could have put the bcm flash hider on it but otherwise except a sling and a red dot its g2g. If BCM has input on these combined with Springfields resources i would think this gun would be 100% reliable. What's the current street price i know list is pretty up there.
