  1. I know you said build, but what about a Tantel?
  2. Thats a pretty sweet lower...and an even funnier shirt. T-Shirt hell had one with the "beer guy" on it that said "The Koran, now in two ply" when all that BS about the government using Korans as TP in Guantanomo came out.
  3. Look at it this way. If you dont have non-electronic backup and some kind of EMP goes off you wont have access to any of your firearms. I just went with the ol speed dial (combo lock).
  4. Oh come on...everyone loves a good tramp stamp now and then. How about a "double Jeopardy"(thats the one on the lower back right above the a$$)?
  5. Just picked up an essential arms lower from him....Great service as always!
  6. hahaha....APRIL FOOLS!
  7. Hahaha good point.
  8. hahaha I didnt even notice the two dudes til it was brought up....i just noticed it was an overweight hispanic couple lol. I would have to say I actually thought the Matador wasnt awful...it was alright for a rental (especially if your using a Redbox).
  9. Missile dumped at US gun amnesty A man in Florida surprised police by handing in a surface-to-air missile launcher during a gun amnesty in the city of Orlando. Under the no-questions-asked scheme, "Kicks for Guns", anyone who surrendered a firearm would receive trainers or $50 (£25). The Orlando Sentinel newspaper said the man exchanged the rocket launcher for designer footwear for his daughter. He told the newspaper he found the 4ft (1.2m) weapon in a shed last week. The unidentified man said he had tried in vain to get rid of the launcher, which is designed to blow aircraft out of the sky. "I took it to three dumps to try to get rid of it and they told me to get lost." "I didn't know what to do with it, so I brought it here," he told the newspaper. Besides the missile launcher, Orlando Police collected more than 310 guns during the amnesty. After inspecting the rocket launcher, police spokeswoman Sgt Barbara Jones said: "I tell you, you never know what you're going to get." Update: LOL According to the Orlando Sentinel the so called missile launcher was nothing more than a carrying case for an anti-tank weapon. Not exciting after all. Below is a photo of the carrying case:
  10. Haha yeah when I was there Rabbi's Muslim buddy was in there and guess what...he sells cigarettes and runs a gas station lol. Whats this I hear about people getting checks...first Hero Gear with Samiches and now East Side giving rebates? Wheres my check lol.
  11. Haha at the .04 per round. LOL. I bought some 9mm Remington(green box) from Dicks the other day that was complete garbage....i mean it shot all right but all the casings were heavily tarnished and looked like they might have been under water at one time lol. Needless to say I wont ever buy that again....however all the WWB I have purchased has been clean and looked new out of the box. S&B is excellent ammo...I much prefer it to any other foreign brand and even to some of the American brands.
  12. Yeah the 870's safety is better because when you put Tacticool gear on like marine over-folding stocks you can still access the safety ;-D
  13. Magiccarpetrides

    new SKS!

Thats a good looking SKS man.
  14. Lol...yeah you got me there. Course we could all be drafted to the ZDR so I am just prepared ;-D
  15. As much as I hate to admit it I definitely dont think current NFA laws are too "out of whack"...i.e. full autos and the like. Silencers are a mixed bag...on one side you have hearing protection and on the other hand...what are silencers really intended for...
  16. Awesome thanks for the quick answer :-D
  17. I want that "step nose" .38 ;-D
  18. Nice buy! Yeah hunting through classifieds and pawn shops can sometimes pay huge dividends when people dont know what they have.
  19. I currently have a .308 Saiga and bought some 25rd surefire mags with it. Is it legal for me to use these "hi-caps" since they are US made?
  20. lol thats why I have a Saiga in .308 and 7.62 I would like to get a standard AK or maybe a Tantel to add to the collection but the wallet wont allow it.
  21. Haha I wish...I think im going to get a 18.5" barrel for it cause right now Tanners has them on sale NIB for $72.00 shipped.
  22. I use the Silica Big Packs in mine. My safe doesnt have a pass through for a cord so I have to use old school dessicants. My safe is waterproof and fireproof however. I agree with you though Mars...its more like a Inept Burglar Retardant. It also keeps would be visitors from getting to nosy or taking something they shouldnt. Edit: I didnt realize that was a stand-alone model..thats pretty cool where did you buy yours from?
  23. I think im gonna just start carrying an Uzi in my Tacti-Cool Sig Concealed Carry Jacket with 2 30rd clips on the hip....that should take care of any mall encounter. ;-D
  24. KD you are a better person then most. Glad your dog's alright and im sure your neighbor is very happy you were able to restrain from killing her dog.
  25. Also it could be the slide stop spring (if an XD has such a thing) my Eaa Witness did the same thing and after replacing a mag spring (wolffsprings), recoil spring, and changing ammo brands that is what actually fixed it(took to a gunsmith and he determined the slide stop spring was the bad part).
