  1. Olympic Arms has a 5.45x39 upper coming on the 24th...anyone have experience with their products...I was looking into their 9mm uppers as well (im cheap and both rds are cheap)
  2. Set it on a table and plink at targets...its just a tad too heavy for shtf duty.
  3. Yeah thats what I was leanin towards. Is the swivel worth the extra money or just go fixed?
  4. This is the 7.62x39 I dont have the bipod on the .308 yet....anyone got any bipod recommendations? The .308 Saiga looks pretty similar but has a 22" barrel

    HK's P7?

The P7 i shot was a neat little gun, i just dont quite care for their looks...course I think the same thing about lugers
  8. Sometimes you gotta way the Tax savings as opposed to the added cost for transfer and shipping. I buy a lot of guns online but always give my local dealers a shot first as I would rather support the local economy. I have done business with Hero Gear and Eastside both are excellent and will treat you right. I hear good things about Guns and Leather as well but have no personal experience with them.
  9. Excellent purchase....welcome to the club!
  10. Thats a pretty sweet plinker...im sure she will have a lotta fun with that one.
  11. Wait...Bill Heard is out of business....when did that happen? They're/were huge. Yeah Wiggle Wiggle....lol Actually the same ad company that did the Geico Gecko ads(created the Gecko) were the ones that did the Badger.
  12. Straight from the New Yorker...except for the AK pretty accurate IMHO
  13. hahaha...yeah yeah :-D Alright enough of that...Different tools for different fools right? I will actually agree though...my P229 is pretty heavy for carry...but its comforting to know I have it.
  14. Yeah but you can hit my Sig with a cinder block and it will still fire and feed properly unlike that tupperware gun
  15. For those that dont know the difference...above is a Cinder Block...this is a Sig
  16. Hey hey potty mouth no need for name calling My cinder block...ahem...Sig is accompanied by a light weight J-Frame as well
  17. For all you 9mm lovers and Glock-a-Files I found this very surprising. http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/edu6.htm
  18. One of my girlfriends has one...it runs great with WWB...fun little gun to shoot with very minimal recoil. After about 300rds though you better clean it, otherwise its starts to jam...fixed hers by cleaning it....shes not the best handgun keeper in the world.
  19. Phantom...thanks for the tip...thats a great idea...since im running outta room in my safe atm
  20. Joe have a good vacation I will be pestering Dan in the meantime about my AOW ;-D
  21. Whats actually funny is you dont know how many times I have wanted to do the "wiggle" to someone asking for wiggle room. The badger commercials actually are pretty good insight into the mind of "an oldschool" used car salesman.
  22. Joe is FN giving any kind of tentative ETA on when these will hit the civvie market if at all?
  23. Actually you both are wrong.....Hammer Fired is the better way to go...striker fired is so mid 90's ;-D You could just buy from some of the friendly vendors on here and have Guns and Ammo do the transfer...that should teach em :-D
  24. And heres some more for you.....from the resident "dirty used car salesman" ;-D [ame] [/ame]
