  1. Thats why you get an EMP 9mm ;-D
  2. I will probably start leavin the .22 in the glovebox as a BUG....right now its just primary and usually an extra mag....might get a trunkgun down the road...me thinks the Saiga 12 might be overkill...but it is viable since it uses a mag and not a tube.
  3. Wow...what a dirtbag...I hope he gets what he deserves. It takes a real coward and piece of sh*t to beat a defenseless child.
  4. I think im gonna keep my lower stripped for now and just get a Sig 556 lol....unless I can find a quality not over $1,000 9mm flat top upper. Course im not completely sold on .223/5.56 so maybe an Alexander 6.5 sbr upper would be in order.
  5. I will have to admit...thats pretty awesome!
  6. So I got a bipod that attaches to the sling swivel stud...only problem is the Saiga has a different stud design then normal rifles....anyone have any suggestions?
  7. Yep I got a Dan Wesson 1911 Commander Bobtail in .45 so far I love it...it fed every kind of junk ammo I threw at it and even with my super limp left hand only shooting didnt jam.
  8. make sure you give us a range report I have been eyeing one of those for quite awhile.
  9. beaten to the punch http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10891
  10. hahahaha thats a good one.
  11. Thats pretty cool...thanks for the history lesson...those names definitely deserve a place in history.
  12. its funny to think of 15rds as an estended clip lol.
  13. 11lbs...im not gearin up for battle ;-D One box of shells should be plenty as long as the Russkies dont invade lol.
  14. Awesome thanks for the reply on this im traveling to Seattle at the end of the month and planned on taking some protection with me (turns out Washington is a very PRO-gun state).
  15. lol they arent open when that bar gets goin
  16. For price reference (I recommend you buy from one of our vendors) http://www.centerfiresystems.com/AC-RI1911-HICAP.aspx 14rd 1911 for $399.00 RIA
  17. +1 However Phil the human shield thing is pretty funny....For your situation I would have a sign that says all firearms are to remain holstered NO EXCEPTIONS.
  18. WD Sporting Goods on Alcoa Hwy does not allow anyone to carry a loaded firearm concealed or open in their store. I asked one of the guys working the desk why and he said it was because of the "show and tell" factor and there was too much risk associated with that. I respect their opinion but will not be purchasing from them.
  19. Larry seems like a pretty cool guy...pretty straightforward too
  20. Roy since you are shooting a .380 you will probably be much better served just using good ol FMJ rounds as they have more penetration which is sorely lacking in the HP in .380
  21. haha cool....well that shouldnt be too hard to duplicate...hell I will just put my GPS in the microwave ;-D
  22. I guess my point is unless you step up to the $375+ realm the grips really dont look all that custom and for that coin well...you could buy some plastic fantastic firearm instead. Then again maybe the whole 1911 bug hasnt bit me full force as im actually content at the moment with not modifying mine a bit.
  23. what the heck is a faraday cage?
  24. I use low recoil nickle plated Fiocchi 00 Buckshot or Centurion (#1 Buck with a .65cal ball).
  25. Old school carbuerated autos would be king thats for sure. Lol I thought you were talking about a Pot bombardment also ;-D I was like yeah then we'd all sit around and say F*ck It if we were invaded. What exactly will block an EMP? Lead walls, concrete, etc?
