  1. hahaha that site is awesome! Provided some good laughs...you should think about making a ghetto mall tour or something with the worst ones listed :-D
  2. Well...at least the case looks pretty cool lol.
  3. INSPIRED BY THE OLD MASTER — CREATED BY THE NEW MASTERS! [/url]ACCOKEEK, MD (January 15, 2009) –– What’s in the case? It’s a secret! We’d like to show it to you, but it’ll be under wraps for a while longer. We can tell you that the case holds a real treasure—a new shotgun from Benelli that will revolutionize the entire concept of the semi-automatic shotgun world. Driven by the Benelli passion for simplicity and efficiency, Benelli engineers have given birth to the gun they call the Vinci. They have drawn their inspiration from the great Renaissance artist, scientist and inventor, Leonardo Da Vinci. Master Leonardo was a man ahead of his time and his notebooks, filled with far-seeing inventions and ideas, show that he pushed the boundaries of his world and always thought outside the box, or in this instance—inside the case. While we can’t show you what’s inside the case, we can reveal that the new Vinci will redefine the architecture of the semi-automatic shotgun. You’ll have to take our word on it for a little while longer, but remember; the master engineers at Benelli have a legacy that includes many of the world’s great advances in firearm technology. Benelli innovations include the Inertia Driven® action in 1967, the Rotating Bolt in 1983, all coming together the following year with the landmark Super Black Eagle—the original 3 ½-inch Magnum shotgun. The legacy also includes the slick Nova Pump-action introduced in 1998, the ARGO System developed for the M4 in 2000 and the R1 hunting rifle in 2002. Other landmarks include the innovative ComforTech® recoil reduction system and the Crio System® barrel treatment. When the time comes to own this latest, most modern shotgun model, as the Italians say, tu vince! — You win! Visit the Benelli USA website (http://www.benelliusa.com/) to keep an eye on the Vinci countdown with the Benelli Security Portal beginning on March 15, 2009 and culminating at high-noon on March 31, 2009 with the unveiling of the new Benelli Vinci. Find out the exciting details of, “what’s in that case?†“Benelli has done it again,†said Steve Otway, Benelli’s General Manager. “Just when you think that there is nothing truly new in the shotgun world, along comes the Vinci and that world changes forever. Let me tell you, keeping this particular secret has been really hard. Once again, the competition will have some catching-up to do!†Media Contact: Joe CooganBrand Marketing Manager (301) 747-9919 jcoogan@benelliusa.com Cristie Gates Media & Exhibit Manager(301) 747-9925

  6. COD4 is pretty awesome.....but if you havent played Left4Dead you really need to...you'll get hooked fast...surprisingly it doesnt get old even though there are only 4 maps at the moment.
  7. I used to all the time, then I got 2142 and was horribly disappointed, then came Call of Duty 4 and I was hooked on it. Now its Left 4 Dead or PS3 when im not feeling anti-social and playing Fallout3...course with the gf being off the last 2 weeks I havent got time, but she goes back to work saturday err....I mean bummer

  12. haha...dont forget the TP....anyone that has ever used a leaf knows that lesson ;-D Can you imagine what the value on TP would be just 1 year after a global collapse lol.
  13. I take it the wife is more careful these days? Edit: I always carry even on the crapper too...one of my worst fears is dying on the toilet "Elvis style".
  14. I didnt know .308 was in short supply.
  15. As long as you dont "sell the farm" to finance your preparedness or spend so much your broke before/if a collapse occurs its ok. Instead of spending discretionary income on bs pointing it towards "survival items" is not a bad idea imho.
  16. Gunblast Review with WMV and all the Fixins :-D http://www.gunblast.com/Ruger-LCR.htm
  17. Nice find! That would be J Floyds. Im glad you had a good time up here. A gun per anniversary would be a good tradition
  18. hahaha....never hurts to be prepared. I have some "odd-ball" items myself.
  19. haha...too funny. Congratulations! Too bad the Platinum Plus got closed down eh? ;-D
  20. true story or just humor?
  21. Sounds like you handled that perfectly. To answer the question yes I always carry unless im in bed.
  22. $400 for a mini 14 is a good deal.
  23. thats a pretty great idea...simplistic yet effective
  24. That sucks man...im glad to read it was a volunteer position...there for a second I was worried someone else on here had lost their income. Im sure there are plenty of organizations that would love to have you onboard.
  25. thats pretty funny.....sometimes though its not the holster but an improperly sized belt. I know my comp tac holster wont hold my P229 on my "store brand belt" if I have my pants unbuttoned and unzipped. Hence why I typically use a stall so I can take my gun out of the holster and set it on the tp dispenser ;-D
