  1. Stack On for the money makes good safes I know Hero Gear and Dicks carry them...they have fireproof and waterproof models...Mines a 28 gun safe I only paid about $600 for it. Edit: Unless your spending big money its not gonna stop a professional, but mine will stop a nosy houseguest or crack head which is all im worried about.
  2. Always nice to hear about good customer service. Those are pretty neat, but I would use something "bigger" for a trunk monkey.

For the price that looks like a great carry pistol. That S&W Chiefs special in .45 looks pretty awesome too....dang too many guns and not enough $$$
  4. I carry a Dan Wesson 1911 and its my favorite gun and I have never had any issues with it, however I used to also own a Beretta 92fs and wish I still did. I plan on buying another one in the future. The problem with the Beretta is that its a shoulder holster or OWB carry gun only. It very big and hard to conceal, but they run flawlessly and have insane accuracy...least mine did. If your only using it for night stand duty and range duty go with the Beretta...if you plan on carrying it find something smaller or go with a 4.25 or 4 inch 1911. I just recently got my friend a great deal on a used Springfield customized 1911 thats quite a few years old and he loves it more then any other gun he ever shot...ymmv. You can find a used Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail for $750...maybe less...if your patient...so far mine has been flawless and it is very easy to carry...they also come with a lot of features you dont get in guns that cost less then $1,000
  5. What kills me is half the people that yell "buy American" are the same ones that want to buy Chinese guns because the American version is "too expensive" lol.
  6. absolutely not....the only way to non-ffl a handgun or rifle is in person. FYI for an individual to ship a handgun you can only go through UPS and they charge $70.00 for 2nd day air(the only way they will do it) and it HAS to go to an FFL.
  7. I have 2 33rd Glock Mags for the super low price of $45.00 each :-D
  8. lol their are quite a few silly people out there.
  9. Yeah most chinese clones I have seen are of a really good quality....unlike their cars.
  10. Thats why everyone needs a machinegun. At 600-1300rpm's they will be better then mad...if they are not...well...dont shoot a tank with 9mm
  11. nice collection...is that a Saiga 12? If not go buy a shotgun!
  12. hehe that looks fun :-D
  13. I will agree with what everyone else here said, nice people and every once in awhile they have some consignment steals....there was a .50AE Desert Eagle Nickel plated for $800 2 months ago im still kickin myself for not buyin.
  14. And you passed on that deal LOL Yeah I went to the one in Knoxville yesterday.....actually more firearms then junk which was nice, however I got there at 2 and they started closing down at 3:30 so that was $10 wasted. Most of the prices were pretty rediculous. Frontier Firearms had a NIB Saiga 7.62x39 for only $800 lol. Romak 3 for $950.00 I did see a bone stock DPMS AR-15 flat top for $800...that was the best AR deal I saw there....Most dealers had bushmasters priced at $1300.00 I saw a Double Star that costs $650 3 months ago for the low price of only $1100 What really was disappointing was the Crockett Creek jerky vendor left before I could buy some.
  15. hahaha, I would say hes probably right...hey that looks like the lil sh*t im having to dog watch for a friend right now....
  16. So im wanting to get a "carry size" .308....anyone had experience with the 2 mentioned? Price wise with no options they seem to be running the same price.
  17. Pretty sweet collection...I think he needs to work on the security of the room a bit, but very very nice.
  18. My favorite single line is go up to a girl and say "Wanna go halves on a bastard?"
  19. Jeff, I love my M11/9 and bought it from Coal Creek...if you haggle with JWP he will give you a great price and plus he will let you shoot it while your waiting for the stamp to get back at CCA's indoor range(course you cant take it home). I would highly recommend setting aside the $750 for the Lage Max 11 upper though...it completely transforms the gun into something useful. If you like to keep things stock and can afford an Uzi go that route as they are better bone stock...if your looking to save some money go the M11/9 route and put the Lage upper on it. Most people seem to agree the Lage upper makes the gun as good as an Uzi...i have never shot an Uzi so I cant comment on that one.
  20. Didnt take the time to read through the post, but disregarding all the tinfoil hat stuff you can actually deduct the cost of 1-2 firearms per year or depreciate up to 2 on your taxes as a legit write off if you can show you need it for self defense if you handle money or engage in any business where you have the potential of being robbed (virtually any job).
  21. I think you gotta be a dealer
  22. 2000 9mm 900+ .308 100 38spcl 1500 7.62x39 300 .45 400 7.62x25 quite a bit of 12guage and some other random stuff
  23. That looks good, but if you go to resell it later (I know we all plan to keep them forever, but that rarely happens) I think it might make it difficult.
  24. I wouldnt use it in a 9mm AR or my SMG...but for pistolas it should be fine.
