  1. Both the throttle body and plenum are steg ported....they say 15rwhp on a ported Eaton over the stocker...if thats actually true then it would be worth the money. Twin screw is a long long way away...unless I just run across an amazing deal on a used one.
  2. What do you think about a Dragon welded single blade throttle body over the ported stocker im using?...I do have a friend that has the hookup on Ford GT pumps (the supercar) so I might beef up the fuel system if its cheap enough. A whipple or KB is not in the foreseeable future $$$
  3. Friends dont let friends buy smart cars...hell if you want small and fuel efficient I have an 07 Yaris for sale 36mpg, 5spd, and a Toyota 4cylinder not that junky 3cyl that requires premium like the Smart....but I digress. I would like to get a whipple or KB...what made you choose the Whipple over the Kenne Bell? Hows the handling with the SRA...mines still IRS with a brace (and probably going to stay that way).
  4. Geez....whats an SRA? Turbo, KB, or whipple charged? Thanks for the site info.
  5. Thanks im pretty content atm. This is my first foray into domestics or nitrous and so far im pretty happy The blower doesnt start to really get loud til about 10psi. What kinds of ponies are in your stable?
  6. Joe-they are SSR GT3's...they were on the car when I got it. I like the way the look though and something different then the FR's or Bullitts so...might as well keep em...saves me some money. 265/18's front and 335/18's rear David-I have had Scott at In Tune in Charleston, TN go over the car before I decided to keep it for myself...it was traded in at Mercedes of Knoxville....pretty much as you see it. Mods are: Stegemeir Stage III Ported Supercharger, Plenum, and Throttle Body. RR S/C Spacer RR 2.8 Upper and 4lb Lower pulleys, Billet Flow Idler Pulleys, H&R Springs, Cross Drilled/Slotted Rotors, JLT/UPR Custom 12" Intake routed in the fender, Full Bassani Exhaust with X Pipe, MAFia, Kenne Bell Boost a Pump, NX Wet Kit, Custom Tuned with a Diablo, all the switches guages and other essentials to make it work. 93 Pump S/C at 16lbs she makes 453rwhp/487rwtq and with a 75shot separate tune(switchable) makes 500rwhp/614rwtq on the Mustang Dyno which Scott's is consistently 14% lower then the 3 dynojets near him...so the internet bragging numbers are much higher lol....even if its all just bs. the best part...it just rolled 20,000 miles :-D
  7. Figured I would throw up some pics as to why I havent bought as many guns lately....
  8. CZ52 is much better built and tougher then a TT33...cept for that damn firing pin lol. I think the TT33 is better looking, but the CZ is the better choice.
  9. Never never never rely on birdshot for self defense....buckshot or slugs only.
  10. im thinkin about converting my 7.62x39 just so I will have a "true AK", but im quite fond of the skeletal stock thats on it now.
  11. Dang you....now im gonna get gun envy and have to have mine further modified
  12. Thanks for all the info Tennfarmer....cant wait to try mine out.
  13. good lookin gun...reminds me of mine :-D

  16. Maybe prices will finally come down?
  17. wow what a beaut!
  18. Sounds pretty sweet, but since my goal was lightweight i didnt want to tempt myself with any rails lol.
  19. anyone get theres back yet?....its about that time :-D
  20. So how long til we find out?
  21. I wish I could have made it....looks like you all had a blast....I got tied up at an auction :-( Im definitely going to have to make it up to the next one...I havent shot since the last time I was at Marks...the FAL needs its Acog Zero'd.
  22. Smith thanks for the link, i definitely want a different grip and for the money that one you posted cant be beat. Rightwinger the MOE is pretty sweet....it slips right on...just pull back the delta ring and pop the old roundies off and then that one comes together in two pieces and goes right in place....super easy.
  23. Thanks for all the kind words....I dont have any plans for optics as I want this one to just stay lightweight. I have an FAL with an Acog and a AK with an eotech and a SMG with a C-more so this one is going iron sights only.....for now.
  24. I figure your kidding, but its a piece of paper to cover up the serial # The MOE handguard seems to be a very well built piece, but we shall see how it holds up with some rounds down the tube....I will try to get some better pics with lighting tonight or tomorrow...these were hastily taken this morning. Poak-i planned on keeping the AR I built so thats why its taken so long to get it together....i have more patience then money and didnt wanna pay the markup to get my parts faster. TI lower with DPMS parts kit ~$230.00 ftf CMMG Complete upper ~ $547 shipped Magpul MOE handguard ~$28 shipped DPMS Pardus stock with commercial tube ~$70 Contractor mags/c-products ~$10 each roughly $885.00 total depending on mag count.
