  1. I bought some activision stock...does that count? ;-D Seriously im down with joining a clan with people on here that I somewhat know. Keep me in the loop.
  2. I'll take my Saiga 12 and its 2 20rd drums loaded with buckshot...but an AR might be a good backup ;-D
  3. Nice gun, but ~$2,000...me thinks not.
  4. The whole things a laugh but hell it does make America look better so...might as well be happy about it.
  5. Thats been so long im sure hes past the embarassment stage. If nothing else it was a nice impromptu demonstration of its effectiveness (I however wouldnt have the stones to ask him about that unless I knew him personally)
  6. Thats sucks man...some people need to realize there is a time and place for practical jokes and the office isnt one of them.
  7. You have to at a minimum use lag bolts so the safe cant be easily carted off. Mines on a concrete floor but I imagine you better check the load bearing capacity of your floors if setting one up on a 2nd story or higher.
  8. Good lord who was trying to rip you off? Definitely dont buy there...Glock 20's can be had and modified for much less. If you dont want to go plastic look into the Dan Wesson Razorback (RZ10) 10mm or Dan Wesson Bobtail Commander 10mm they are that ~$1,000 range. The Glocks in 10mm do shoot pretty nice however.
  9. The cars I actually own(I can drive whatever I want but...) 1998 Lexus GS400 with almost 200k (70 miles a day takes its toll) 2004 Mustang Cobra with about 22k
  10. +1 Definitely good advice...I sell cars for a living so I deal with this everyday. One thing I have learned is that you can 100% guarantee you wont make money off of someone if you tell them what you really think about their offer. Its best to just let the small stuff slide...and remember the guy so next time you price him something you can "knock his head off"
  11. hahaha miked thats a good one lol
  12. Just saw it last night...hands down best Zombie Film ever! Even better then Fido(if you havent seen it go find it). The casting was perfect and wow...I never knew there were so many ways to kill a zombie lol. I think this movie is best enjoyed with a crowd...I will probably watch it again and definitely buy it.
  13. Thanks for the info...i use both the speer and hornady in my 38's glad to know either will do the trick.
  14. Spending $10,000 on silver is definitely not the best way to go imho. Silver bullion in that amount is not real easy to move unless your wanting to take a hit. Probably around $8,000 or less. With gold and silver at some pretty high levels right now the ceiling is coming. Hell if your just wanting some easy income WWE(yes wrestling) stock pays a 10% dividend and has paid out perfectly without adjustments the last 2 years. Some safer dividend stocks are Phillip Morris-PM(~5%) and Bristol Myers-BMY(~5%)
  15. AWESOME...great news!
  16. Thats a hell of a deal for that Cannon at $799 regardless of whether its the chevette or cadillac version ;-D Most all run of the mill stores carry that model at $1,000+ One of these days im gonna get another one for my upstairs as my trusty(and cheap) 28gun stack-on is runnin outta room.
  17. Neat gun/concept regardless of whether it comes out or not...hell if he waits long enough Ruger or Taurus will copy it.
  18. I just shot my bastardized/sporterized mosin yesterday at ORSA and for $.20 a round its pretty hard to beat for that kind of boom. If you do keep that one eventually it will go up in value....remember when Swiss K31's were only $100?
  19. just get some tacti-cool duct tape and put a maglite on that motherf*cker ;-D
  20. Very good points. Most thieves seem to be the run of the mill smash and grab type and even the affordable safes will keep them out. Unless someone knows you have really high dollar valuables they are not going to be prepared to tackle a safe.
  21. I have an M&P9 compact and I love it. Its super reliable and feeds everything I have thrown at it. Fairly accurate too...I would imagine the full size would be even better for everyday shooting. I dont have any experience with the 2022 sig though I have heard they were underrated guns.
  22. If you dont mind shoot me a pm and let me know which bar/establishment this is...I work in Sevierville so it would be good to know.
  23. Beautiful gun, but since the capacity is no better then a P6 if its only being used as a carry I would go that route for the dramatic price difference. If its gonna be more of a safe queen/range gun then by all means spend the extra money. Im a Sig lover too, but the capacity of the 239 for its size imho leaves something to be desired.
  24. Holy crap we're back in it
  25. its gettin ugly.... :-(
