  1. Anyone have experience with these beasts? For the going rate (approx $3800-4200) is there anything else I should be studying/looking at(I say study cause its gonna be a bit before I can afford one)? Any opinions/advice appreciated.
  2. Glad you like it I thought it was pretty sweet myself...now just be more careful with it!
  3. Ouch! If that had hit you in the neck you would have been screwed with or without a vest. You probably need to put some slope/angle on your steel targets so they deflect away.
  4. Wow thats pretty......I think those guns are ugly as sin "naked" but now that you have it dressed up with a high quality scope and a bipod it looks right nice.
  5. Head over to their website it has pretty good pictures and descriptions. CZ-USA -> Dan Wesson products
  6. Bobs Package store near Toys R Us in West Knoxville is posted which is a shame cause they typically have lower prices then everyone else.
  7. Sig P6, mine was a 99 model and absolutely mint condition. Shot great, carried well....stupid stupid stupid.
  8. I have a Kimber Stainless Pro Carry and a Dan Wesson Bobtail. Of the two you listed I would probably go with the Springfield Armory just because of their lifetime warranty...otherwise it would be another Dan Wesson hands down.
  9. Theres nothing wrong with being prepared and buying as you go but please for the love of god don't go off the deep end and get into debt just because you need 5 pallets of ammo and a $10,000 security door, etc....Look at all those poor fools and doom-sayers that sold everything and moved into the middle of nowhere worrying about the world ending on Y2K.
  10. Awesome...thats the liquor store down from Rays right? Also do we just need to mention TGO to get our discount or?
  11. The FNAR is impressive and I love FN, but that gun is just plain ugly(I know it shouldnt matter but it does to me). Another thought is a Ruger M77 Hawkeye Tactical...pretty dang accurate, 2 stage trigger, and it comes with a Harris Bipod out of the box. Priced about the same as most 700's www.gunblast.com just posted a review on it.
  12. omg lol. I gotta order an Mtac for my M&P9c I already have one for my Cbob 1911...definitely the best holster I have ever tried.
  13. It does now benefit from a few more tweaks and 2 20rd MD drums
  14. Smith I got your old S12 and that damn thing still dont shoot right (WOOHOO 2500 posts as of this one lol) j/k....I think you did a good job
  15. mrl4ng I have a Nato buttstock for the S12 you can have for free...pm sent.
  16. ahhh...shiny...me like.
  17. I think its pretty cool...gives it that "painting" look
  18. CJR...you must be livin right...cause your definitely livin large ;-D All kidding aside...I sell cars for a living and yeah the high sales tax rate doesnt always make it easy to get the sale, but I still much prefer a high sales tax over an income tax any day. At least with sales tax everyone pays the same percentage.
  19. Elaborate on this :rolleyes:/......Thanks!
  20. Im thinking this is gonna be my next "big" conquest. Anyone laid hands on one and shot it yet?
  21. A 9mm would be quite inhumane...if you want to showcase your hunting prowess use a crossbow.
  22. I had a witness compact .45 Great gun, but I had a spring problem and it was pulling teeth to get the right parts. I ended up selling the gun.
  23. supply and demand....and oversupply.
