The law is kinda vague... one transaction per month or one day of transactions (garage sale.) It's only doing away with anonymous transactions if you are selling to a dealer. DOT can search the cargo space of a commercial vehicle at any time. Weigh Stations are for checking weight of commercial vehicles, but in some states, if I remember correctly, they are called Commercial Vehicle Inspection Stations. They can tell you to pull around and inspect/search the vehicle. I'm not sure how this applies to the cab of a OTR driver.

Would someone please show me where in the bill it says that cash is banned? If I am not mistaken we already have a law in TN that is very similar to this one.

That's what I was wondering. Are we going to see truck drivers on the side of the road getting their junk fondled? I doubt it, but I think it was a pretty poor showing for them to spend only 4 hours at seven different locations.

Gen 3 26: Trigger polish job. Gen 2 17: Trigger polish job and a 3.5 ghost connector. Gen 3 19: Trigger polish job, 3.5 ghost connector, steel guide rod and I replaced all of the other internals. Gen 4 19: Trigger polish job. I had a 3.5 ghost connector, but I removed it when the trigger started breaking like a 1/4" dowel rod.
