I think most places don't allow shotguns because the shot tears up the backing on the target stands.

I bought a 26 first thinking that its small size would make it the perfect CCW. I never really saw the need for a 19 since as I had a 17 as well. I found a really good deal on a 19 so I bought it and have since sold my 26 and purchased another 19. I shoot the 19 much better and to me the very slight CC edge that a 26/27 has over the 19 does not justify owning one. One more thing to think about is that you would be supporting another caliber... .40 isn't cheap.

Yeah, I came across those threads this evening. I will be keeping up with the outcome to see if PSA makes it right... I believe they will.

So far every PSA kit I've seen (3) have been good quality. They use FN barrels and their bolts are MP marked and HP Tested. All of the bolts I've seen have had properly staked gas keys. The only issue I've heard of is the cuts for the feed ramps being a little off on some of them. The PSA kit is really the best deal going right now. If I had the money I'd but one.... or three.
