99% of the time it was cold cereal. Sometimes we would be out of cereal so my mom would make cinnamon toast, bread with a small square of butter in each corner and one in the middle with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on then baked in the oven for about 4 minutes. Like Dolomite, most times I got 2, but some glorious days I would get 3 or 4. I still make them for my son.

If he is removing the shingles and the warranty is correct I'd say it sounds fair. You can call around to metal roof suppliers and see how much the material costs. Be careful if he is planning on leaving the shingles on because it may void the warranty.

I've been in several situations like that and when I think someone is feeling me out I usually try to make sustained eye contact with them and let them know that I know they are watching me. They generally break contact at that point. Good job being aware of you surroundings airborne and I'm sure you wife will have a blessed trip.
