this flabbergasts me so badly that 1) this ban is being considered 2) people aren't violently opposed. what about when obesity necessitates a ban on television viewing of more than 2 hours per day, thereafter the gov't mandated chipset will deactivate your tv power supply? what about when obesity necessitates a ban on ny pizzerias, hotdog/pretzel stands. but never you mind about the world famous hotdog eating contest over there ma'am! what about when obesity necessitates a ban on elevators and escalators without documented medical need? what about when obesity necessitates a ban on taxis because the act of paying 10000+ to drive others around is too sedentary. i think that the real problem is the conditioning that has occurred in the populace that there isn't immediate outcry against this infringement of civil liberties? i heard the ACLU has a dog barkin in this fight but more than likely just the min-pin. the state has gradually eroded the individual's prerogative and freedom in an effort to maintain a pacified compliant union that will drink the sugar-free free trade kool-aid.

I've been to NYC several times but my wife hasn't. About every other month she tells me we should plan a trip, she too would like to visit the 9/11 memorial. I keep just harumpfing & sayin maybe next spring or fall. Summer can really suck there. Hopefully, I can do that for 3-4 yrs more at least lol. I just don't have any desire to go there I feel like it would equate to spending a few days hanging around a tsa checkpoint. I'm afraid she just won't understand tho... my hope is just to keep distracting her with other destinations. Hey look at that Florida beach! How about those shops in gatlinburg! Are there regs on hunting small game with a slingshot? Does anyone have recommendations? I know they can be had at wally fo like $15-20. What (grain lol) load would be best for squirrels & rabbits? Was thinking good proficiency would come in handy in tryin to keep a low profile in a shtf scenario. If I go traipsin thru a state park with it am I goin to need a concealed holster lol? Listenin to WTN bout 4am this morning I heard a radio ad "what would you do to help your family survive a natural disaster or terrorist attack?" "Would you have adequate supplies on hand for days without power including water, food & first aid supplies?" I'm kinda paraphrasing because I was only half listenin at this point then it registered in my head. Then goes on to say "review your plan and find out more at www.ready.gov ".
