New blade I just finished up. 5/32" 01 steel, acid etch, 61 hardness, Yellow G-10 with Blue liners and Copper tubes! I think I'll keep this one for myself! What do ye think?

Just got this finished up for jct1911! It's gonna be a NASTY little cutter when I put the final edge on it! 5/32" thick o1 steel hardened to 61. I will have two more of these available. Jim

Been on the grinder this weekend and I whipped up two more Chubbys and a kinda different design I might keep for me!! The large one is almost 11" long. 5/32 thick 01 steel!! Bad Ass!! These two Chubbys are available, contact me for details! Guys these are gonna be DEADLY cutters, I mean nasty! They went off to heat treat today. Jim

Probably 1 1/4- 1 1/2 " width, I can measure tomorrow!

I didn't make the sheath, just dyed it. I wish I had the desire to mess with leather. I admire people who do!

These are a couple of knives for a couple of Deer hunting ladies! They got to choose all their components. I just make em guys!

I find they do NOT like coated bullets, as the throats are much tighter!

Rob, got in on this a little late. I've shot hogs with .22 to .458 Socom and all your calibers will work. I was gonna say 30-30 too I read about the action. Bummer, I like that lever gun for hogs ( especially .35) you should fare well with the Gnusite, it's a great little gun!! Jim

That just looks wicked!

Had some time Sunday, so I spent some grind time and came up with this Tactical type blade. I had some scrap steel left over so I started drawing some designs and came up with this cool little cutter I'll call "Chubby" I have already drilled and cut scales out of digital Camo with orange liners for the Chubby. Now off to heat treat! I think it's really gonna be cool! Let me know what you think as I may do a run of these! By the way they are 5/32" thick 01 steel! I can't wait till these come back from heat treat so I can finish them!

I prefer a larger grip on mine as well, more control and accuracy. That is a fine lookin piece Sir!

Along with the Japanese Tanto version I also finished this Hunter model with some of the most beautiful Burl scales that you really have to see in person to believe . 01 steel hardened to 60-61 with a light bead blast finish. This knife is available. I can order a sheath also. How do you guys like this one?
