I do not own a Glock. I have the arch nemesis... Beretta. lol Seriously, I have shot Glocks, Sigs, Berettas, and XD's and all of them are great. It's just a matter of which flavor and grip you like the best.

It might be a mistake for Ron Paul to focus on the middle east much in his campaign. Remember Obama did that. He ranted and raved about pulling our troops out on a set schedule ASAP. He the had one national security meeting with the outgoing president and never mentioned it again. Its not too hard to figure out there are things going on that we do not know, and cannot know. I am not saying Ron Paul is wrong, just that he will not have all the facts until and if he is elected, so he should not speak too much on a point he may have to abandon later.

If I own 65 guns, and decide to go to a gun show and liquidate 35 of them that is my affair, and no one has any business telling me otherwise. I might be doing it to feed my family because I lost my income. You just don't know. It's no one's concern but mine. Our government needs to keep out of my affairs if I am not hurting anyone. If I wanted my life micro-managed I would move to China. I would have served in their army instead of ours.

I just thought it was a funny sign. I have met liberal gun owners in the past. My wife's brother is one, although he cannot be a good example cause a lot of his views make no common sense at all like being pro abortion and anti death penalty. I even asked him if that means kill the innocent and save the guilty. Anyway no offense was intended.

Yeah, I would think OPSEC would be a major concern in the making of that movie, but at the same time the DOD has usually backed movies that show the military in a positive light. I gotta see this one.

This might be old. I don't know. If you are having trouble with your liberal neighbors talking about your guns this is perfect for you to put in your yard. Maybe they will rethink their position.

The other big advantage the new Ford will have over the Vic is AWD. You can have all the power you want, but if you cannot put it to the ground it will not matter. That AWD will be awesome for that. Only time will tell about the durability.

^^^ That is the exact reason I want one. I know some of the aftermarket mags are ok, but them coming out with their own mag is awesome. Yeah, it's not something I am in a hurry for, but I will be looking.

Setting up an account on here is very simple. I am very new myself. I would be very leery of anyone who cannot even do that.

Both will do everything you want them to do. That said I stay away from anything Apple. I took an iTouch to an Apple store and they wanted to charge me $50 not to get it fixed, but for the sheer honor of talking to someone that might be able to fix it. I said "You people are nuts" and swore to never do business with them again. Apple has great products, but they care far more for their products than the people that buy them. As far as media goes I can plug my HTC EVO into my computer and hit a button on the phone that says "Sync as jump drive" and my phone will look to my computer to be a memory stick. I can just drag and drop anything I want on it. No iTunes required.

Oh wow... He said Mercury Marauder. I so want one of those. That new one from Carbon Motors is very nice, but will come up seriously short in the performance department. 250 hp sounds ok, especially with 400 lbs of torque, but the car is 4,000 lbs. Most consumer sports cars and even a lot sedans will simply walk away from that car with little to no trouble. Their specs page reports a 0-60 time of 6.5 seconds. No power there. I think the new Ford Interceptor is going to be the best bet, especially with the optional twin turbo ECOboost v6. Sporting 100 more HP and being lighter than the carbon car it will do the job very nicely.

I like the Henry, but they just seem to cheaply made these days with their painted receivers and plastic barrel bands. I have always expected more from them. I want to get a 10/22 one of these days, but they have gotten very expensive. I will eventually find one used I suppose.

She loves it. She loves that it is so quiet, and she really likes the tube fed aspect. .22 magazines are not fun to mess with. She wants me to put a scope on it for her so she can really reach out there with it. I thought about a little rimfire scope, but with her wanting to shoot at the 100 yard mark I think I am going to get a scope that is a bit better, but still on the low end.

I just found this a couple of days ago on Netflix for those without cable. I sat and watched all 6 episodes. It made for a good movie.

Yeah, all I did to mine is empty the receiver out of the major component groups, clean and lube them without taking them apart. The gun would have to be broke for me to do that. LOL. I usually clean my guns every time they are fired, but I won't even do that with this one. I will run patches down the barrel ever time, and maybe take it down to the major components again every 500 or so rounds. These things are like tanks. They just keep right on running. Oh, and all 150 of the rounds I put thru it were the $1.97 lead federals. I love shooting that cheap.

Just got back from the range. We put over 150 rounds thru the Glenfield, some as fast as I could pull the trigger, and no jams at all. The gun performed flawlessly. I guess I am going to sling and scope it. My wife wants to shoot it well enough to pick off small game like rabbit at 100 yards with CCI Velociter rounds.
