I go down there to the lake every couple of weeks. Go check out Bath house row and the shops. Go to lake hamilton to see the houses, Go to lake ouachita as they have nice parks and numerous public shooting ranges. Our favorite resturant down there is Blue Monkey.

I don't think there is anything fishy about the guy not wanting to mess with a FFL transfer. It cost more money, you have to deal with shipping to the FFL and you have to deal with the FFL (getting ahold of them, telling them the package is coming and trying to find out if it has arrived) Not everyone is friends with there gun shops and some guns shops are a pain if your not buying from them. But this is why I buy guns from only Tennessee private sellers.

The Battlecomp works so well that everyone has been copying their design. If you are looking for cheaper options then look at Spikes Dyna Comp or Griffin Comp. I run the Dyna comp on my rifle.

I think we should setup a group class with Ronin Combat. They just set one up on ar15.com and got a group discount of $150 for one day or $300 for two days. I am hoping to take a class there this summer.

I would never buy from RJ. I would buy Larue if I had 2k to spend on a AR and have it in a week.

Thanks. I have been running a Streamlight polytac LED at 120 lumens on my AR for a year but I want more lumens and I want a flashlight rated for impact. The circuit boards in the flashlight need to be protected from the recoil but I don't want to spend $200 for a surefire.

Does Fenix make a flashlight rated for gun mounting?
