Ok.    I see how the kid cut the video up, but the SO still left off the start of the "incident," where the Officer was behaving the worst.

Umm, that dash cam video starts when the kid pulls over to the side, NOT during the original interaction, if I'm not mistaken.   So the SO left out the "good parts."

Things got interesting, indeed. The Judge walked out in the middle of West's argument.    If you watch all the way to the end, you will note that West notes that he "can't continue at this pace much longer."   WOW. Never would have thought to try that approach.   Now, for the record, I'm a former 911 Dispatcher. My approach is always to roll down, turn on the interior lights, and ask if they are having fun tonight. Adding that I've been on the other side of the radio of checkpoints and know how much "fun" they are. And I agree that the defense is presenting a much better case.   They've hit everything I thought they needed to on cross and rebuttal, and I think the: "Feelings based opening statement" was lame compared to the "Let me walk you through all the facts" based OS.   Despite the lame joke and boring potential.   Pre-emptively dismantling the Prosecution's "evidence" could be a wise strategy.   I found the "TM's Dad said something rude to a member of GZ's "party"" particularly interesting.   And what is with Crump being on the witness list *AND* being present in the courtroom?

Thanks, everyone.    I know the motor is going bad, because the bearings are hanging up. But it's less than two years old, and I suspect it's a capacitor not hitting it with enough power that keeps killing the motor.

Anyone here good with Home A/C?   Our outside unit's compressor fan is having "I think I can" issues when it's supposed to start.   The motor was replaced less than two years ago.    When it "tries" to start, you can push the blades and the fan will then build up and run. Until today, now it won't.   We can't really afford to have someone come out and check it out.    Is there a capacitor or something similar that could cause this by the motor not getting enough juice, or is the motor likely just going bad (again?) and needs to be replaced?   Any help is greatly appreciated as it's starting to get really warm in here.
