From what I've seen, Romney and Ron Paul ganged up on Santorum last night. Romney/Paul (Ron) looks very possible.

I had the same reaction to this character. It brought to mind the "liberalism is a mental disease" statement. "We don't need guns to protect our preps, we have good intentions!"

I gave my 12yo an Airsoft pistol and rifle combo for Christmas last year. I taught him firearm safety, and told him if he obeyed the rules with the airsoft he would get to move up to the "fun stuff." He took right to them, going so far as to tell me I was pointing the muzzle at him while I was trying to get the silly scope mount off the airsoft pistol. He's become quite proficient with the .22 Rugers (MkIII and 10/22) and has given the AR a try and loved it. I agree with what's been said above. You know what's best and when it's time for yours.

I saw this story and was going to post it if it hadn't been already. Thanks, Raoul for the legalities. Seems to me from reading that that if they are flying it with the purpose of interrupting the hunt, they were trespassing. Lock and load.

Need to hear (and see) the other side of this story, I'll bet it's very different.

There are still courtrooms in the old courthouse, unless they've changed that in the last couple of years. Some of the civil cases still go on over there. (or did.)

He does love it Plank. He started with airsoft pistol and rifle with real gun rules. Was told if he learned and abided by the rules with those, he would graduate to bigger things. (A10, he got the same rule. Only touch if given express permission at the time.) That was two ruger .22s (rifle and pistol) and he bulls eyes those all the time, so he got a shot at the AR. I was tempted to let him give the 1911 a run, but I'm still thinking that's a bit much. Anyone have experience with little ones and pistols? What's a good age/indicator that they can handle larger?

Not really delving into which conspiracy here. More interested in modern media saying that "Right Wing Extremism" was involved. It seems like they are trying to tie 1963 to Right Wing Extremism. With everything there is out there about JFK, I've never heard the phrase "RWE" associated with Dallas.

Watching "Secret Service Secrets" on Discovery... They say that Kennedy was warned that Dallas was "a hotbed of Right Wing Extremism." I've never heard RWE associated with JFK. Is this the case or is this some interesting revisionist history?

The empty feeling is gone, replaced with piss and vinegar to help with this fight. I'm glad he sounds more upbeat and hopeful today, hope some organization with some pull gets behind him.
