I heard something interesting the other day about a possible VP selection: Mark Levin. I think Hannidy or Wilkow mentioned it and then Mark commented on it during his show. It was a thought provoking possibility for me.

While it does appear that both men are naked (at least from the waist down,) I'm not sure race can be determined from that shot. The sun is very bright and they could both be almost any complexion other than pasty white. The images appear over-exposed due to the brightness of the scene, note that the shadows are washed out as well.
