I'm in my mid-50s and it seems like when I was a youngster there was a new UFO sighting every other week. Now that we are in the electronic age with good quality digital cameras and cameras on practically every cell phone, it seems strange that the aliens went away. I would have thought with all this new equipment we would be seeing some awesome ET photos. Maybe they were scared off by the new law in Arizona.

I've been thinking about mounting a tactical light on my Taurus 24/7 9mm. Is this the better option or would it be smarter to use a handheld flashlight for facing boogeymen at night?

I received a copy of the Tennessee Patriot quarterly newspaper today. It's a very cool publication put out by Bob Pope. It has a lot of comprehensive coverage of TN gun rights issues and conservative politics. It champions state politicians who understand how important gun rights are to Tennesseans. By looking at the ads, the publication looks to be well supported by local gun vendors. It is only five bucks a year. Looks like a worthwhile investment. Website is The Tennessee Patriot

I saw the same here at a Nashville Walmart. It was RWS brand. They are also an airgun manufacturer.

What in your experience would be the best powder to use for a low flash 38 Special load. I have not done any test loads, but I am currently using Bullseye and Unique for 38 Special. I purchased some Buffalo Bore 150 gr. hard cast wadcutter loads for my J frame and they perform great. I would like to duplicate that load as close as possible.

Ditto on the poor show. More crap than firearms. Half the size of past shows with more beef jerky and t-shirts than guns. I was in a buying mood so I went to the Outpost and brought home a new CZ RAMI. Stopped at On Target and put 100 rds. through it. LOVED IT. Will be my EDC once I get a little more range time.

I am considering buying a NEF Handi-Rifle, preferably in .308. Just want one for hunting and playing around with on the range with my reloads. Does anyone have one and if so what is your opinion and experience with it? Are you satisfied with the quality and accuracy?

I watch television, read newspapers and go to the movies. If they weren't gangstas they were sure playing the part. The particular group I saw were escorted to the entrance by security. Not sure what the issue was.

Times must be really hard. For the first time at a Nashville area gun show I was amazed to see numerous obvious gang members at the gun show. I'm talking full blown gang tats, mucho gold teeth and heavy armament. I guess their supply of ammo has dried up also and they were trolling for deals too. I'm sure they unloaded before they entered just like all us good citizens.
