at the end of the month or year every gallon of fuel that a station sells is supposed to bring a profit. if it is bought at 3.00 and the profit of that tank of fuel doesnt bring in enough to replace the next tank of fuel that went up to 4.00 will some one tell me how a station can survive selling it at less than cost. it is the same with any business. if one cant sell for enough to replace stock and make a living one wont be there long.

i have personally been harassed by 2 different officers because my weapon wasnt concealed in my vehicle. one was a state trooper. i now carry all of the paper work in both my vehicles to stop this nonsense.

i saw one detectives card in my county that said he was authorized to carry at ALL times?

i thought if there was any kind of ghost buster sign up one could still get in trouble. didnt the AG give that opinion a while back. if i can only be asked to leave if it is not worded right that sure gives a lot of room if one is concealed. a lot of places i go are improperly posted

i wish the troopers and rhea county officers were taught that it is a carry permit. showed mine to 3 different officers and the yo-yos said it was incorrect. been chewed royally 3 times in over 10 years because of open carry and cocked and locked. still carry that way but it is mostly concealed unless i am in my truck which has no ac. do have copies of the tenn. AG opinion in all my vehicles now.

i would suggest anyone open carrying to keep a copy of the AG opinion on his or her person at all times. i have been read the riot act by 2 state troopers and one county officer because of it. i now keep copies in all my vehicles and close at hand.

as far as water ways are concerned i was told by a tva officer if a weapon was legal on the road ways it was legal on the water. this was about 3 yrs ago. things may have changed. and we all know how well officers know the law.
