Lol, well then yes, I would be annoyed too. Two drastically different places. I thought about doing that but didn't feel like stripping my lower down to do it.
  3. I'm pretty sure he's looking strictly for a BCM.

That's a pretty standard place. Where did you tell them to do it?
  5. Rock on w/ a 16 upper and store the 12.5 somewhere else or convert it and stop posting about it It'll look good complete though....
  6. No, I think you're out of luck........Are you planning on an SBR?
  7. I haven't seen a factory stripped receiver. They've all been assembled rifle stocks. There aren't a lot of places to get them and they're out right now I thought. Do you have a line on one?

Where on the magwell? Which side? I had mine done on the front of the lower receiver and it looks fine.
  9. Not that I disagree with any of that....BUT.....does anyone remember the insane uproar over the ACOG "verses"??? Over something that has been on the optic since its inception? And then the media spun it up into a frenzy far larger than it could have or should have been? They even had retard, mouth breathing, window licking soldiers parroting how it was such a bad thing. We're not ready to do what it takes to fully win this fight.

With a .mil discount, it was in the neighborhood of $45. Personally I'd pay more due to level of competence. It's going on your NFA lower......don't go with the lowest bidder. It's more expensive to get it filled and done right a second time.

Quality components, very refreshing.....I like it.
  13. You were probably looking at counterfeit Eotech's then. They use N cell (511/551), AA (512/552) and CR123's (516/553, (E)XPS, etc). No EOTech uses a AAA.
  14. Anything is NV compatible. The point of NV compatible sights is that it is at such a low setting that it either isn't visible/faintly visible to the eye or there isn't massive bloom.
  15. Zero. It can be a legitimate concern but some people over play it I think. Is there any particular reason why you're set on a piston? Obviously I'm not knocking them but there are certain peculiarities to individual systems.
  16. MRP's are awesome but I would pick it up if you're planning on using the barrel option. If you're strictly going to use the piston, go with the 6940. If you want the option of different barrels/lengths, go MRP. For my MRP, I have a .22 barrel, 10.5, 14.5, 16, 12.5 piston. Awesome versatility.
  17. They run sales at a very low price to move inventory and then when the sale is over, they push the price back up. Whether its ammo, uppers, guns, parts, optics, etc.....it's so you'll jump at their sale rather than piddling, hemming, and hawing.
  18. Man, I was hoping I could pass all mine around and jam up the Oppressor's rifles, thus enabling all the Wolverines freedom fighters normal people to seize the day.
  19. It's not a tan PMag is it? Everyone on the internet says those don't work.
  20. Man, I can't wait to put on my ACU's, get all jocked up in kit, and come steal your guns, shoot your dogs, and eat your Fritos........yeaaaaaaaa, takin' yo Fritos.....
  21. I've used Lone Wolf. What Glock are you thinking of converting?
  22. No DaddyO, no slant FWIW, I pulled it from this horrendous article - http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/man-shot-police-laguardia-airport-article-1.1174664?pgno=1 Those ####ty newspapers are so up in arms and pushing typical garbage, the "oh he was such a good kid, such a hard worker, etc etc etc" story line. Factual reporting is dead in this country. It's all about sensationalist headlines to sell papers/advertising.
