  1. I agree we haven't heard the whole story and this is truly a case of all parties in the wrong, but if I did the same thing as these officers and brandished my weapon to deter a threat I would be in jail for agg assault. Do we agree. The way I understand if I feel threatened enough to unholster my weapon I need to use it. Period. JTM🔫 Sent from my iPhone

  9. Exactly if I unholster my weapon in an argument not in SD it is aggravated assault( not a lawyer just my understanding) I would assume same rules apply to off duty officers. JTM🔫 Sent from my iPhone
  10. Thanks. I am up to date on my knowledge. My biggest is the LEOs knowledge. Thanks for the info about a lawsuit. I know my father in law in MI had some problems while OCing inMI with a MI HCP a couple of years ago. Actually had 2 officers say he couldn't OC and it was classified as brandishing and wound up at station with Chief of Police apologizing but was big hassle. JTM🔫 Sent from my iPhone

  12. I am heading to Michigan for the holidays in a few days and wanted advice on dealing with LEOs when using an out of state carry permit. This will be the first time traveling since getting my permit, and was wondering if anyone has had any trouble with out of state LEOs recognizing a TN HCP. JTM🔫 Sent from my iPhone

  23. I have a model 94 that my grandfather won in a raffle in the early 70's and never fire. One of the most accurate 30-30 I have ever shot. My cousin and I found it helping my grandmother clean up some stuff and ran a couple of boxes of shells thur it at 100 yards just to see how it shot. After a few adjustments we where shooting 2 inch groups. I still have and to this day use as a spot and stalk gun. JTM🔫 Sent from my iPhone
